He asked for directions on where he could buy a ship the old man told him to go to dock 1 and pointed him the direction where dock 1 was located. seth then flew towards dock 1 leaving a stunned old man behind. when he landed he garnered some attention then a blonde man with orange tinted goggles approached him " what's your business here? do you know this is private property? why did just barged in here without a care in the world huh?! " this guy was paulie.
