I took it twice and raised it to "Pickup Lv. 2". I also looked at "Absolute Obedience" and "Mind Reading", but the points required were too high. The same goes for "Charisma," "Leadership," "Bonding," and "Medical Examination."
I have 33 points available right now, but I'm going to exclude the expensive skills that I don't think I can get.
The rest of the skills are listed in order of points, starting with the cheapest.
