Fei Ling's face became darker and her eyes grew murderous. Her veins were popping all over her body, and within a split second, her body was no longer where she was standing.
She was now dashing forward towards Jun Kai's figure in lightning speed, very unhuman like. Xue Li who had been facing towards Fei Ling's direction let out a terrible scream in alarm. She quickly got up from where she was crouching on the floor towards Jun Kai's figure in fear.
However, Xue Li's speed could not fight the speed of what was not human. Fei Ling was just within an arm's reach from Jun Kai, but just as she raised her arm to strike him, a tremendous force had blown her away from his figure.
Fei Ling's body had crashed into the invisible wall with a loud thud. However, just as quickly as to when she was blown away, she was able to rise up again.
By now, Jun Kai had finally turned around but was taken aback with what was happening.
When she was on her feet, she was about to dash back at Jun Kai once again, but her feet came to an abrupt halt.
Just where Jun Kai was standing, another lady was standing right beside him. She was floating slightly in the air and was even slightly taller than Jun Kai. Her figure was elegant and she was dressed in a long white dress.
Her face was beyond describable. Her eyes were purple and it was as if two crystals were staring at Fei Ling. However, from her entire body, a cold frigidness was excluding out like an ice queen.
Well, she was a queen.
Meanwhile, Fei Ling gaze on the lady's figure was burning with fury. Those eyes, she truly wanted to pick them out of those sockets and put them in hers. No one can dare have anything more beautiful than her.
"Who are you?" Fei Ling's voice came gritted out from her.
The lady smiled a smile that did not reach her cold emotionless eyes, "The person that collects you."
Fei Ling's brows became knitted in confusion. However, the next minute, her eyes grew wider, "You!? Get away from me!" She did not want to die. Fei Ling's figure turned around and tried to get through the invisible circle that was holding them inside but was unable to. Fei Ling tried scratching the wall and kicking it, but it was to no vail.
On the other hand, the lady chuckled, "Oh, there's nothing that can break this circle, only if I say so."
Fei Ling froze. Slowly, she turned her face towards the lady in the white dress, "Then, I should just kill you."
Just like before, Fei Ling bolted back towards the lady in white and aimed directly at the lady's fair neck.
When Fei Ling was closer, she raised her blackened hand ready to strike, but only to be stuck at an invisible wall in front of the lady in white.
The lady giggled, "Well, I guess that is all you can do, tut tut. Now, I should not be enjoying myself with this too much, begone evil spirit." The lady in white brushed her hand elegantly in front of Fei Ling.
From the bottom, Fei Ling's feet began to gradually deteriorate away into little pieces. With a panicked face, she turned to look at the lady in white, "No! No, I don't want to die!"
"Heaven's orders, besides you're already dead. Think of it as going home." The lady in white spoke cooly as if she was talking about the weather and not the land of the dead.
Fei Ling's teary ears turned to look at her husband full of pleading. However, Jun Kai merely stood there silently. This was not his wife. The Fei Ling he knew had long died and she died in that accident. He then turned around and headed towards Xue Li without looking back.

Just as he was on his last few lines, the lady in white interrupted him and had pulled the Long cuff sword away from him. His impatient eyes turned towards the lady in white.
"Please give it back," Jun Kai spoke as nicely as he could at a time of urgency.
"Patience," said the lady.
However, Jun Kai could not, not at a time like this, "I apologise if I have ever offended you, but please, I must use that sword."
"Oh, you mean my sword?" The lady questioned innocently, but her eyes were full of calculations.
Jun Kai's brows became furrowed, "Your sword?"
"Keke, yes, my sword. It's my dearest Long cuff sword, but sadly, it's twin got lost. Now, why do you think you deserve to use my sword?"
