The fastest ship in the Black Toad Pirates is the Flying Fish, which is even lighter and more agile than the Black Pearl. It only carries ten toad guns and doesn't have a single cannon, nor does it ever carry cargo. With its massive trapezoidal sails fully open, it can reach a terrifying speed of ten knots!

The Flying Fish received orders to intercept the Lucky, and it quickly caught up to it. The two ships were within firing range and began testing each other with tentative attacks.

One-eyed had already made up his mind to die and ordered his sailors to bring him a bottle of vodka. He drank it down in a few swallows; this drink was not sweet, bitter, or astringent, but it had a flame-like stimulation that could ignite the passion dormant in a man's heart.

"Captain Cam and the brothers of the Purgatory Pirate, I don't have the ability to avenge you now, but I'll come to drink with you in hell later!" One-eyed declared resolutely, with eyes as firm as stars.

He threw the bottle into the sea and picked up a bag containing a musket, ready to fight at any moment.

On the Black Pearl, Tonk was faced with a difficult decision. He could choose to be a coward and escape at full speed, using the Wind Goddess statue and the Sea Vortex Crazy Fish Ring to flee unharmed.

But Tonk didn't order full sails to escape. He didn't want to watch One-eyed and his crew dies in vain!

He was a person of great loyalty and justice. If someone gave him, he would give back. It was simple, natural, and he had no regrets.

Since he was an orphan from a young age, he couldn't get the comfort of family affection, so he valued brotherhood and loyalty the most. If he abandoned this feeling, his heart would be hollow, and life would be meaningless!

Damn it, let's fight!

Tonk gritted his teeth and made a crazy decision. If the plan succeeded, he could rescue One-eyed and the others, but if it failed, it would mean the end of them all. He was a daring man and willing to risk everything if it was worth it.

"Cliff, turn the ship around and head towards the escaping Lucky. Make sure the two ships dock smoothly and then make a sharp turn to escape! Our lives depend on you!"

Tonk quickly issued commands, and everyone on the ship sprang into action, each doing their part, including the spitting frogs who also took their positions.

Thanks to the goddess statue, no matter how the Black Pearl turned, it could get the best wind and become extremely agile. The black and red ship cut through the waves, leaving a trail of splashing water in its wake.

In the distance, lightning flashed through the dark sky, and the rain grew heavier, as if the wrath of the gods was about to descend upon these tiny creatures of the sea and bury them.

"Hahaha, this is so much fun!" Cliff, the helmsman, was having a blast. He controlled the ship with ease, and it felt wonderful.

Tonk listened to the sound of gunfire and said anxiously, "One-eyed, hold on, I'm coming to save you."

A sailor timidly approached Tonk and asked, "Captain, what are we going to do?"

"We're going to save our brothers," Tonk replied firmly.

"Who's the enemy?"

"The Black Toad Pirates. Are you afraid?"

Tonk turned around and scanned the group of sailors on the deck. They were all soaked, but the icy rain could not extinguish the flames of piracy in their hearts!

The recruited sailors stood solemnly in front of Tonk. They all instinctively saluted, bowing their heads and lightly touching their foreheads with their thumbs, showing the highest respect to Tonk.

"Captain, we are willing to be your swords, no matter who the enemy is."

"Who cares about that black toad, we will fight to the death!"

"If I can fight with the captain, even if I die in battle, I will have no regrets!"

The pirates shouted one after another, stirring up the emotions of the crowd.

Tonk's heart warmed, he held the shoulders of the two people next to him and said solemnly: "Don't worry, I won't let anyone die in vain. We will go to rescue the brothers on that ship, and then find a way to escape. We are not running away because we are afraid of the black toad, but because we want to win!"

The people on the Black Pearl breathed together, sharing the same fate, and resolutely sailed towards the extremely dangerous front line. Everyone stared at the waves on the side of the ship, their faces stern. Only Stephen was as calm as ever, writing medical papers in the crew's quarters about his observations and thoughts on the treatment of the black magic disease.

However, in terms of fighting, the ship doctor couldn't help much, but he was very busy after the battle.

On the Lucky, One-eyed heard the lookout's report that the Black Pearl had turned around. His face changed dramatically, and he quickly climbed up to the lookout tower and signaled to "escape immediately" with the flag language!

But Tonk had made up his mind to rescue One-eyed and his crew. The Black Pearl made a half-circle and aimed its bow at the Lucky, closing the distance between the two ships. Tonk signaled to the Lucky with the flag language to come alongside.

One-eyed saw Tonk's determination and was moved by his courage. He said, "Although I don't know what you are going to do, I can't disobey the captain's orders. Let's fight together!"

And so, the two ships sailed towards each other. As they approached, six vicious enemy ships behind them were also in hot pursuit, especially the Flying Fish, which was only 300 yards away from the Lucky.

The captain of the Flying Fish ordered an attack, and several tongue-firing frogs at the bow immediately fired solid shells.

In the first round of the attack, three shells hit the Lucky's stern, creating a large hole in the side panel.

One-eyed told everyone not to panic, to bravely fight back, and to immediately start repairing the damage.

The Flying Fish frantically pursued, and one by one, the frogs acted like continuous firing turrets, shooting sticky saliva-covered shells with extremely high accuracy.

On the Black Whale, led by the Black Toad Pirates, Captain Harold stood proudly at the bow of the ship, showing a bloodthirsty smile. No one had dared to provoke him for many years, and he wanted to indulge in this prey until his inner anger subsided.

"Hand me the megaphone," Harold commanded. On this ship, his orders always received good responses. In a matter of seconds, the megaphone was in his hands.

He shouted into the megaphone's circular mouth, "Evil Dragon Pirates, you have such audacity to dare to rob my ship. This is unforgivable. You will soon regret it. When you understand my methods, you will surely wish to die sooner."

The megaphone reverberated, spreading Harold's voice far away, and the people on the Black Pearl could hear it clearly.

"I have been tracking your movements all the way. As long as I kill some people, they will always be willing to talk about you, even if you have no reputation at sea. Just a few days ago, I killed some people on Starfish Island, probably about three hundred or more. They finally revealed your whereabouts, including descriptions of your two ships and where you were headed."

After he finished speaking, Flora on the Black Pearl covered her mouth, shocked and heartbroken. She swayed and fainted, falling from the lookout tower.

Tonk caught Flora with a gloomy face. He looked at her and saw that her face was pale and terrifying. Tonk handed her over to other sailors and instructed them to arrange her in a room.

He was so angry that he gritted his teeth and his chest heaved under the burning anger. In those bloodshot eyes, he could guess what had happened on Starfish Island.

The Black Toad Pirates chased all the way to Starfish Island, inquiring about Tonk's whereabouts. However, because the islanders had received Tonk's favor, they would surely remain silent. In a fit of anger, Harold ordered the slaughter of the villagers. One after another, bodies fell, and the fresh blood dyed the small island red.

The islanders had not yet emerged from the shadow of the epidemic and had to bear another cruel slaughter. Finally, someone could not bear to see it anymore and revealed Tonk's whereabouts.

Tonk still remembered the taste of Starfish Island's specialty grilled meat. Perhaps the fat aunt who cooked for him had already died at Harold's hands.

Harold continued to speak calmly, like a judgment from hell.

"I have already given the order. Only the living will be captured, and I will deal with you personally. As a fellow pirate, I can give you some advice. You can choose to drink a bullet and commit suicide. In that case, the pain you will suffer will surely be much less."

Tonk became so angry that he roared, "Harold, listen! I'll kill you sooner or later! I swear!"

His voice was so loud that it could be heard across every inch of the sea, even without a megaphone.
