The second image was a familiar picture because it was the Starlet fox, which was also one of the tamed beasts the Elus race's emperor had.
Despite looking amazing, it was not Shane's choice for Cosmo because they had increased the little fox's quality to [Legendary] so that he could choose the [legendary] evolution path, transforming the Lesser Starlet fox into a Cosmic fox!
