It took Kazuya some time to confess. But when he finally did. Lyn couldn't believe what she was hearing. Is this guy an idiot or something? No, she knows he is. From the very first day they met, there is one word she could use to describe him. Her eyes twitched in annoyance when she heard what he did. She knew it; he stole something! "Why did you steal an airship for? Do you need one?" Lyn exclaimed.

"Yeah, there's an upcoming race. I and the others figured we would join it."

"With a stolen ship?" she emphasized the word stolen.

Kazuya laughed, "It's okay; it was their spare one."

Lyn looked at him, dumbfounded. Why is this guy still acting so nonchalant about all of this? Then again, Kazuya has no sense of danger - at least when it comes to mundane things. With things regarding an actual fight. Kazuya is sharp and has awareness. However, with other matters, he's so carefree and laid back.

"Please be more sensible. Don't you realize what will happen if they get to you? You already experienced the Mist Kingdom's prison once. Do you want to go back there?" Lyn referred to that time he willingly let himself get captured to protect her sister.

"Your right, that wasn't a pleasant experience at all."

"Then, stop doing foolish things."

"Still, this is worth it."

'He has that serious look on his face again,' Lyn thought. If he is like this, nothing she says will get through to him. It's very frustrating, though. Still, why is he competing in a large scale tournament so suddenly? Those events stand out a lot; there are a lot of people there. Kazuya, he does not like standing out. While nearly everybody knows his face now, he still evades standing out as much as possible.

Her thoughts fell back onto the golden bracelet on her wrist. Lyn couldn't help but admire it. It was a simple bracelet, and yet it looks so very beautiful to her. "You like it that much?"

"I do."

"Then, can I get a kiss?" Kazuya asked, hopefully.

A kiss? Is this what he was aiming for? What a fool. Lyn looked at their surroundings; they were a bit further away now. It didn't look like brother Zepher would reappear anytime soon either. It should be fine right? Lyn nodded and Kazuya took that chance to push her against the nearby wall. He caressed her hair and cheeks, causing her to feel slightly nervous. A kiss is a kiss Lyn. Don't fret about it. However, it's hard not to. Look how Kazuya is acting.

He seemed a bit too eager. Usually, that would put anybody off. But, not her. Kazuya and her seldom share such moments of affection. Kazuya leaned forward and their foreheads lightly brushed against one another. "Lyn.."

"I truly think you're an idiot," she mumbled. "I don't think you have to ask about kissing me or not. Usually, you'd just do it, right?"

Kazuya sighed, "Lyn, I think you're a bit too used to Rhys kissing you."

Her cheeks reddened slightly.

"Ahh, this is frustrating. If only I could be so bold. But whenever I see you, all I want to do is treat you preciously. I don't want to harm or overwhelm you. Were still young Lyn, we can take our time. We don't have to rush anything."

"If you wait until we're older, then you won't get a chance anymore," Lyn pointed out. "Don't you know how busy rulers of the country are?"

"Confident that you will get the throne, I see."

"Who else will get it but me?"

Kazuya smiled, "So confident. But, can you be confident about this?"

"I--I can," Lyn mumbled. She isn't that naive because she has her own desires too.

"I think we're a perfect match. You may be stubborn, but I can force you to admit things that you are usually to shy to admit out loud. "He then pulled her closer, "As the man of your dreams, your destiny, I think you understand me better than anyone."

Man of her destiny? Geh, he's become so very shameless.

Closer, as if he was filling the space between them. Soon their bodies pressed against one another; she could no longer avert her gaze. The moment Lyn looked up.

"Mmph!"

Lyn wasn't quite sure what happened. One minute she was scolding Kazuya for acting so carelessly. Then the next second, she found herself firmly pressed against him, his lips on hers. She knew that she should probably be upset about this development. But, she felt his hands on hers. Lyn wrapped her arms around his neck. Their lips briefly parted and allowed him to prod her tongue with his, deepening the kiss.

Whenever they kiss, Kazuya always overwhelms her. He feels like a completely different person whenever they do this. His grip around her waist tightened.

Kazuya carefully nipped her bottom lip before he pulled away.

"Wait a second I didn't decide--"

Yet once again, he kissed her, again not letting her finish. This time the kiss was rather deep, and she felt herself giving in almost too quickly.

Maybe she is a simple person, after all. Maybe she still doesn't know anything about Kazuya. But that didn't matter anymore.

It was when he pulled back, and she saw the mischievous look in his eyes did she stop to think.

"Impressive. However, let me show you what a kiss really is like." He pulled her up against him, causing her back to arch while kissing her with a deep passionate kiss that took her breath away. Her hands grasped his yukata tightly.

The red on her cheeks increased that she looked down at the tatami floor after they pulled slightly away to breathe. Her own breath was ragged, but she could hear Kazuyas rougher breathing, which caused her to get even more embarrassed.

Kazuya her chin gently to turn her face back to him. "Not enough?"

"I-I think it is..."

He saw right through her lie and kissed her again, muttering her name so gently.

Lyn gasped and shivered. It was not fair how gentle and passionate his kisses were. It was so unlike him. He's usually so goofy and acts like a huge idiot. But, right now at this moment - at this moment, she can't think of anything more than his lips on hers.

"W-Wait," she tried to say, but Kazuya kept kissing her, making her forget what she was going to say. He had so much built up passion that he couldn't stop kissing her and not just on her lips but on her cheeks as well. Kissing her neck and shoulders too.

When Kazuya eventually pulled away, Lyn reached over and pinched his cheeks. "That's it! Were going to apologize about the airship."

"He—hey!! Right after that? At least react."

"You don't kiss well," Lyn exclaimed. He's so sloppy! Her lips hurt a lot.

"Uh, that bad, huh?"
