Robin could be seen playing in the orphanage because Kakashi only brought him to the village and nothing more looking from the outside Robin looked like an average child with brown hair and white parts in it average height and an average face nothing special only the iconic scarf that he was wearing with the Hatake clan symbols on it yes, this was his signature piece of clothing that he never took off he was playing with blocks building a village but inside him.
