Robin could be seen standing in a familiar room that many would recognize as soon as they would enter it. It was the Hokage's office the room where the missions were issued, and right now Robin was standing there in front of the Hokage himself Sarutobi his sensei Genma and his father, Kakashi. These were the only people he could trust right now with what he was about to tell.
"What is it that you want to tell us, Robin," Sarutobi asked him with a slight annoyance expressed in his facial expression after all this boy was something weird his emotions were all over the place. He was a genius, but he wasn't like the calm collected Itachi and also not like the oh so crafty Orochimaru he was a different genius. He seemed like a genius without the ability to control himself.
Genma also was frowning he didn't like this student of him at all after all he was too unpredictable he was strong and a genius but was also a weird one. Even Robins own adoptive dad Kakashi was wondering what happened to his son.
And like this Robin started his story he didn't hide Cofa any longer and told them how he was blessed with the darkness element and how it affected his emotions and tried to gain control over him. When he couldn't answer a question himself the little black lion chipped in and told them about the clan he was born in and the Darkness element.
At the end of this Robin was standing teary-eyed while saying his thanks, after all, they accepted him and forgave him so like this 3 people knew his biggest secret. He still asked for a leave of his missions to focus on gaining perfect control over his emotions after all Cofa had told him something rather interesting.
- Flashback –
"You know Nii-san we could try something that has never been done before to help you gain control over your emotions," the little lion said while being seated on top of Robins' head.
"What is it Cofa" Robin was curious after all he always wanted to gain more control over his emotions.
On cofa's cute face could be seen a contemplating expression after all that he was suggesting was something never done before "everyone with the darkness element only has that element, but you were blessed with the wind and water element too this means one thing, you could practice the wind compression and the water compression. This is something only the people in the higher planes would do" Cofa told him after thinking about it.
"What does this mean," Robin said he had never heard about it after all.
"The wind practitioners would go into meditation and try to feel the wind around them, and after a long time, they would have the chance to achieve something called the minor stage. They would think as free as the wind free of worries their emotions would have changed so to say. That's why if you would go to the higher realms the Wind practitioners would be kind of weird after all they would think as free as the wind. No care in the world" Cofa told him
"So this means I would gain better control over my dark side," Robin said after all that is all he could truly understand from what Cofa told him.
"Yes that's true, but there is also the Water practitioners they would meditate under water and feel the current of the water, and their personality would change like this they would become calm every single situation they would encounter they would face it calmly.
"Alright I'm ready to try this I don't know what will come off of it, but it won't be worse than becoming consumed by the darkness," Robin said with a slight smile.
- Flashback end –
"So when will you be back" Kakashi could be seen standing in front of Robin with a worried expression after all this was his son that he saw grow up since little. Even if the boy right now was still a child he knew that his mentality was at least of the teenage level. This would explain a lot of things.
"I don't know I will only return when I master my emotions," Robin told him with a straight face after all even if it would take 10 years he wasn't planning on returning when he wasn't ready yet he didn't want to have an outburst and destroy things he loved. He also didn't want to break the few relations he had formed.
"I see then I hope you will achieve it soon my son," Kakashi said with a slight tear in his right eye after all this was his only son the light he had in the life that took everything from him. He had seen his best friends die and even his sensei he was so happy with Robin, but he could understand why he was leaving. He wanted to improve himself, become a better version of himself.
Robin seeing the care from his father was happy and sad at the same time happy that he cared for him like that and sad that he had to leave this man. And for the first time in a long time he told Kakashi something he didn't even know if he had said it before after all Robin wanted to put all his feelings away for a time, "Dad you know I'm thankful for you without you I would have died and i can't think of anyone better than you to raise me"
Robin stopped for a minute because he was shocking up he couldn't say this without crying his face right now wasn't cold it was just a young boy that was crying ran up to his dad gave him a hug and told him the most important words a father could hear.
"I love you thank you."
And like this Robin left the Hidden leave to start his practice in the Wind and Water element what he didn't know was that this would be his best decision and, the Hidden Leave would see a whole different Robin when he would return.
Note: Time skip in the next chapter sorry for not posting anything my writer block was high I didn't know how to continue this story and also wasn't too happy with the character I was creating so I was thinking of dropping it. Don't know how much I will update but I will slowly continue this and hope I will have more inspiration and motivation to continue this story. Give me suggestions for what you want to see in the story, and I would see what I can do.
