Two people appeared in outer space near Planet Vegeta.
"Ugh, Planet Vegeta is as ugly as ever I see, don't you think so too Whis?" Said one of the people that appeared.
"You're right my lord It seems every time we come here it gets worse and worse." The one called Whis said.
"Anyway, let's see what kind of excuse that Monkey King will come up with this time. Let's get this over with quickly, I want to have a nap when we get back." Said the other person.
Those two people were within the range of Tarro's senses.
'Huh, they are already here.' Tarro thought.

"Mmm, how unusual let's have a look," said the one who seemed to be in charge.
As soon as he said those words, the two people disappeared for a moment from the position where Tarro had located them and...
"Hey, boy, were you the one you were spying on us?"
Tarro, still waiting for something to happen, was surprised at how quickly they had disappeared from his range and appeared behind him.
Tarro with some fear turned and there was no doubt, it was about the two people he had been waiting for, the reason why he hadn't gone to earth yet and remained on planet Vegeta.
He had been waiting for the two most powerful people in Universe 7, the God of Destruction Beerus and his angel attendant Whis.

According to Vegeta's flashback, both in the anime and in the movie, Beerus and Whis had visited planet Vegeta because King Vegeta had not complied with Beerus' orders, which would cause Beerus to order Frieza to destroy the planet, in the year 737 which was also the year they visited planet Vegeta.

Tarro, as he had rehearsed, spoke in a very polite manner to Beerus, "Sorry sir, it was not my intention to spy on you. I was training my senses when suddenly you appeared out of nowhere and it was so incredible that I couldn't stop looking."
Beerus in a disinterested way said, "Oh I see, I'll forgive you then."
"Anyway, it's quite impressive that a mortal is able to see from so far away, I guess I have to congratulate you."
Beerus looked more closely at that strange child who had been able to observe him from space, and he noticed that the child was somewhat different from other Saiyans.
"Hey Whis, I know that the Saiyans all have a tail like this child, but why on earth is he covered in fur? And his power is the highest I've seen among any Saiyan, especially for his age. Mmm how interesting, it seems that our trip to this disgusting planet is not going to be as boring as I thought" Beerus said with a smile on his face.
'Perfect, this was exactly the reaction I wanted.' Tarro thought.
Beerus approached Tarro, lowered to his height and staring at his fur asked "Hey, brat, why are you covered fur? None of the Saiyans I've seen have any."
Broly with a respectful attitude responded, "Hmm, it's just a transformation sir, similar to The Great Ape form that the other Saiyans use, but I kept thinking how the size of the Great Ape limited it's movement too much and I managed to condense it down to this size."
Beerus and Whis were surprised for a fraction of a second and Whis said, "Mmmm very interesting and this transformation must be the source of your increased power then?"
Beerus strangely curious, entertained and satisfied with the respectful attitude of the little boy asked him "I can see that you will have an interesting future, the Saiyans do have some potential, but what are you doing in this desolate place so far from the city?"
'Well, for now, everything is fine, so I guess it's time to take a risk.' Tarro thought.
Tarro without changing his respectful tone said, "Well, you will see a lot of the time I lose control of my strength so I usually escape when I can to train my body out here, but I'm not really allowed to be."
Beerus and Whis murmured to each other, losing some interest in the conversation. Tarro immediately acted, grabbing a backpack that had by his side "Please mister's, don't tell anyone and in return, I will give you these extra special sandwiches that I prepared this morning." He said as he took some sandwiches out from his backpack and approached Beerus and Whis with them.
'Since planet Vegeta has little variety in food, I had to venture to the nearby planets to get any and thanks to that I have managed to recreate many delicious recipes. Every day this year I have been making food and taking it with me waiting for your arrival, let's see what the result is.'
Beerus being interested at the mention of food from Tarro smelled the food, while Wis stood by his side observing the sandwiches with curiosity.
"Huh, I've never heard of what you call a sandwich, but it smells great and if they taste as good as they smell it's I'll consider not telling anyone," Beerus said as he took a bite of the sandwich while Whis also tried some.
'God, please like it or so I'm fucked.' Tarro thought.
"MMMMM, DELICIOUS! What a combination of flavours, textures and sauces. Whis how is it that I've never heard of this delicacy?" Beerus said enthusiastically stuffing the rest of the sandwich in his mouth.
"WOW, your right Lord Beerus it's truly divine," said Whis.
'Hehehe, just according to keikaku, let's continue.' Tarro chuckled in his mind.
He was relieved, but pretending to be happy, and said, "I'm glad my food is liked by two people as extremely strong as you. If you wish, I can give you the recipe so you can prepare it yourself."
As soon as he spoke those words the reaction of Beerus and Whis changed drastically. Both Beerus and Whis had the Ki of the gods, a kind of energy imperceivable to any mortal and so it was impossible for someone who did not have the Ki of the gods to be able to know at a glance how strong they were. But somehow, this strange Saiyan boy seemed to be able to know that they were strong. This made the both of them curious.
Beerus wanting to understand what these words meant asked, "What do you mean we are strong, are you able to feel our Ki?"
Tarro continuing his facade responded with, "Hmm, no sir, I am not able to feel any Ki at all form you, but that is impossible, so you must be hiding it somehow or your Ki is of quality so superior to mine that it is impossible for me to detect it. But for some reason, my instincts tell me that you are incredibly strong maybe even the strongest in the universe in fact."
Whis and Beerus were utterly fascinated by Tarro's response this strange Saiyan boy had somehow guessed everything correctly. It was impossible for him to have any information about Divine Ki or the gods, which meant that that child not only had an incredibly powerful battle power and exquisite cooking skills but, he also had terrifying intelligence and instinct.
"Fascinating," said Whis, who had erased his typical indifferent smile from his face.
Beerus surprised, fascinated, proud and satisfied with the words of Tarro asked, "Oh, so how strong do you think we are? Tell me, child, if we compare King Vegeta and Frieza with me, what would be the difference?"
Without thinking, Tarro replied, "Well I could only see Frieza once, but, the difference between him and King Vegeta was extremely surprising as if King Vegeta was a flea and Frieza was a dog. And as for the difference between you and Frieza, my instinct tells me it's the same difference between a dog and a God."
Beerus incredibly satisfied with the answer said, "HAHAHA I see that you are quite a smart brat, that's right, it's a very good comparison of powers HAHAHA, you have put me in a good mood little Saiyan."
Whis, who was equally surprised, but was also concerned about other matters, told Beerus "Lord Beerus, I understand that you are having a good time, but don't you think it's time to go to King Vegeta's palace to sort out that matter?"
Beerus became serious again and said, "Hmm, I think you're right Whis, let's go and finish our time here, this has been quite refreshing."

"Please wait, Lord Beerus, Mr Whis, I know this may sound presumptuous, inconsiderate and daring on my part to ask this, but...
Would you be so kind as to have a quick training match with me?"
