The dwarves built them just using the common materials they could buy for a rather cheap price and looking at the houses, he decided to allocate more budget for the dwarves in Everlight to build more elegant buildings.
Since the construction works were finished, he could see there's a crowd near the river and the steel chick tavern.
"It seems they have more free time now"
