“This is the Vulture calling for Commander Victor. We’re fifty nautical miles away from Miami and ready to roll,” someone spoke through Zhou Qingfeng’s wireless radio. It was from a cargo ship with five of the V-22 Osprey tiltrotor military aircraft. It was far away from Miami to avoid radar detection.
“It’s Hugo. Vulture, stand by and wait for my order,” Zhou Qingfeng replied. In the armored pickup, he opened up the map in his armband computer. As he was contacting the other action groups through the wireless radio, a luminous point appeared one by one on the map.
“Victor, are we gonna make it? Can we get out of here?” Eileen was worried.
According to the plan, only Ellie and Eileen were going to follow Zhou Qingfeng into the highly-secured town hall. In fact, both of them could only stay in the waiting room; only Zhou Qingfeng was to enter the dugout and meet Commander Carnell.
This was because what the Cubans did in Florida was humiliating. The Americans in Florida tried hard to fight back and they even organized a suicide attack. As a result, the Cubans’ defence was really tight.

They arrived at the town hall and it was literally surrounded by guards and sentries. Zhou Qingfeng got out the pickup and talked to one of the sentries, “I’m Victor Hugo. I’m here to see Commander Carnell. Leave my car here for a moment, I’ll be right back.”
The Cuban guard searched Zhou Qingfeng and checked for weapons. Meanwhile, McGrady who was already working for Zhou Qingfeng came out and shouted, “Mr. Hugo, welcome! Commander Carnell is in a meeting right now, I’m afraid you would need to wait at least thirty minutes.
Zhou Qingfeng looked at the time on his armband computer, smiled, and said, “It’s alright, I can wait. Please find a restroom for my two little girls and take good care of them.”
“You got me, Mr. Hugo. They will be well taken care of.” Within just a few days, McGrady had taken more than a hundred kilograms of gold from Zhou Qingfeng. Right now, he was doing everything Zhou Qingfeng said.
Ellie and Eileen were armed. Thus, they were not allowed to follow Zhou Qingfeng. Even DogMeat was forced to stay with the two sisters. Zhou Qingfeng went through another security check with McGrady and both of them arrived at the basement of the town hall.
Zhou Qingfeng had to get rid of the commander of the Strategy Committee as soon as possible in order to get more resources out of Florida before the nuclear attack. It was the first time Zhou Qingfeng came to the basement of the town hall. As he walked along a corridor, he glanced at the emergency exit route on the wall. He found that the basement of the town hall was actually more complicated than he thought.
McGrady led Zhou Qingfeng into a waiting room. Before he left, he said, “Please stay here for a while. We’ll let you know once Mr. Carnell finishes his meeting.”
All of a sudden, Zhou Qingfeng asked, “Mr. McGrady, I heard that the gold collected by the Strategy Committee from the entire Floria are stored at the basement of the town hall, is that right?”

“As one of the closest guards to Mr. Carnell, I’m pretty sure you would know where the gold is stored, am I right?” Zhou Qingfeng asked politely.
“Hahaha.., that’s right.” McGrady laughed.
Zhou Qingfeng requested further, “Can you bring me there to have a look?”
“Uh….” McGrady had a dilemma. “I’m sorry, the guards at the gold storage probably won’t listen to me.”
“Oh, that’s alright, that’s fine. I was just curious, don’t worry about it, my friend.” Zhou Qingfeng gave McGrady a pat on the shoulder and McGrady left the room.
Meanwhile, Zhou Qingfeng was alone in the waiting room. He walked around the room for a while then sat down and waited. After a few moments, rushed footsteps could be heard coming closer to him. All of a sudden, the door opened. He raised his head and saw the sexy Mirta standing at the door.
She looked mad and sad at the same time. She was shocked when she saw Zhou Qingfeng, she exclaimed, “Victor, what are you doing here?”
“Uhh…., I’m here to talk to Commander Carnell about the trade?” Zhou Qingfeng lied.
As soon as Zhou Qingfeng mentioned the word ‘trade’, Mirta was outraged. She rushed towards and Zhou Qingfeng and yelled at him, “Victor Hugo, are you an idiot? Are you really going to give those advanced heavy weapons to the Strategy Committee?”
“I heard from someone but I didn’t know you’re actually doing it! Why don’t you support us? We could work together and fight against the Strategy Committee. Now, you’re giving them the heavy weapons and they’re gonna eliminate us. When we’re gone, the Polarlys Legion will be the next.”
“If that really happens, you’re gonna be the dumbest pig in the world! No…., it’s humiliating, pig! You’re the dumbest man in the world, the dumbest!”
Mirta’s eyes were red. It seemed like she had been really stressed out and did not rest well the past few days. At the moment, she was releasing all her anger on Zhou Qingfeng.

“Victor, you idiot. I don’t care if you’re a playboy or whatever. I thought you were smart, but this whole decision you made showed that you’re the dumbest. I don’t wanna see you again.” Mirta released everything, turned around, and planned to leave.
Zhou Qingfeng quickly grabbed her arms and said, “Wait, don’t go.”
“Let me go!” Mirta snapped.
“Sorry, you have to stay with me now.” Zhou Qingfeng knew that if he let her go, Mirta was going to get hurt because there was going to be a war and a nuclear attack. Zhou Qingfeng was afraid that he would never get to see her again.
Mirta hated Zhou Qingfeng; she was mad at him. She tried to get rid of him but she could not. She then grabbed and bit his arm.
