Not long ago,

Song Nanqiao had a small balcony added to her house.

Even though they mostly lived in Wen’s villa, Song Nanqiao wanted to have a small, cozy home of her own.

So this year, Song Nanqiao renovated her house, and now it looks much more exquisite. Especially the balcony in the backyard, which had many flowers that Wen Wenyao liked. Song Nanqiao also bought a hanging chair and a sofa, giving the whole decor a warm and welcoming style.

The living room was filled with Wen Wenyao’s merchandise, including posters, calendars, and pillows. Most of the equipment in the house was also endorsed by Wen Wenyao. This room now looked like it was decorated by an enthusiastic fan of Wen Wenyao.

After finishing the renovation, Song Nanqiao told Wen Wenyao about it.

Wen Wenyao had just finished her filming tasks for the month, and when she heard the news, she became instantly excited.

“That’s great.”

“I haven’t been to your house yet.”

Wen Wenyao hugged her and said playfully.

As Song Nanqiao’s wife, she hadn’t been to Song Nanqiao’s house yet, and it felt like something was missing. Plus, now that it had been newly renovated, Wen Wenyao was even more eager to see it.

“Okay, I’ll take you there for the night tomorrow.”

“Love you.”

Wen Wenyao tiptoed and planted a kiss on Song Nanqiao’s cheek.

……

The next afternoon, Song Nanqiao took her to her house, and Wen Wenyao held her hand intimately as they stood together. They were openly dating now, and there was no need to hide their affections when going out together or returning home.

As soon as they opened the door to the room, Wen Wenyao curiously rushed inside.

Sure enough…

This place was filled with her traces…

The renovation had been done with great care, and even the wallpaper was in her favorite colors…

“I love it!” Wen Wenyao was genuinely happy. She walked around the room, which was cozy and beautifully decorated.

“Can we stay here often in the future?” Wen Wenyao turned around and looked at Song Nanqiao with a radiant smile.

“Of course, I’ll have the home textile company put the best sheets on the bed.”

Suddenly, Song Nanqiao remembered that the bed linen here was quite ordinary, and Wen Wenyao might not be used to it.

“Okay.”

Wen Wenyao nodded and went to the balcony.

When she arrived there, Wen Wenyao was surprised. Song Nanqiao had planted roses—bright and vibrant roses that were blooming beautifully.

“I planted these myself,”

Song Nanqiao said, leaning against the nearby wall. She felt a bit proud of her efforts. These flowers had taken a lot of her time, and she often came here during her lunch break at the company, investing a lot of energy into them.

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

“I love them.” Wen Wenyao’s smile was as sweet as honey.

She could feel that the longer she stayed with Song Nanqiao, the better Song Nanqiao treated her. These roses must have been quite a labor of love.

“Let’s stay here tonight, and I’ll cook dinner.”

Song Nanqiao patted her head and remembered that she had some ingredients in the refrigerator, enough to prepare dinner tonight.

“Sounds good.” Wen Wenyao naturally agreed, and she went to their bedroom to tidy up the sheets and blankets.

In the evening, Song Nanqiao prepared dinner.

They sat at the dining table, and Song Nanqiao served Wen Wenyao some meat.

“You’re not filming recently, so you can eat a bit more. It’s okay,” she said. She didn’t want to see Wen Wenyao dieting too much for a role.

“You should eat more too,” Wen Wenyao said, serving her some vegetables.

After a simple dinner, Song Nanqiao asked her to take a shower, and she stayed in the kitchen to wash the dishes.

“Nanqiao…”

“Yes?”

“Can I go sit on the balcony for a while? I heard you can see the moon tonight.” Wen Wenyao was drying herself in the bathroom.

Earlier in the afternoon, she had discovered that the balcony had an excellent view, especially for watching the moon, and there weren’t many people around. It would be a peaceful experience.

“Sure, I’ll join you.”

Once Song Nanqiao finished washing the dishes and took off her apron, Wen Wenyao had already finished showering. She walked out of the bathroom, her cheeks slightly flushed, wrapped in a towel. She slowly found a silk robe in the closet, a bright red color that looked dazzling.

“If I wear this, will it make me look too mature?” She thought about how she was only 25 years old and had never worn such a color before, but she didn’t have anything better right now.

“Have you changed?”

“Yes,” Wen Wenyao said, opening the door and hugging Song Nanqiao.
