Begging for the mercy of those sea creatures will only lead to a gradual deformation in the darkness, leaving the poor souls struggling to survive. If we want to regain the former glory of humanity, we must have the courage to navigate the steamship and venture into the depths of the Earthsea with a determination to face death.
