I'm a demon lord, and I noticed that I gain powers when I corrupt and have sex with certain girls around the hero, or would eventually rejoin the hero. I know this, because I've seen this story... from another world. I hope to save myself by running away, or gaining enough goddess power such that you girls can protect me from him."

"I can't. The goddess will enable the hero to find me, he gets a demon-sensing ability." I won't put it past the goddesses to start all sorts of weird shit. "So, since I can't run, and fighting head on is a big-no-no, I thus resolved to steal his female partners, and use them as my shield."
