So the whole room became bright because of sunlight. Sheng Ruming saw her turning off the lights and then she sat down on the mattress. A glass of water, covered by a lid, was placed beside her. Then she brought out some papers and a pen. Afterwards, she turned on her phone and there were some statistics of some unknown companies' shares.
Sheng Ruming walked towards her and bent down to see. When he saw what she was doing, he didn't make any sound. Then he also brought some company documents and both of them worked side by side.
"Hmm… I think I will invest in this company."

"If you want, I'll invest in this company in your stead. The profit will be yours..." Sheng Ruming lifted his head, he saw she was silently staring at him. He hesitated and then asked, "Don't you want me?"
Luo Lixi remained silent for some moments. In that time, she pondered some matters and then she looked into his eyes.
"I think I am wasting my time by doing nothing here. You go to work but here I am, doing nothing all day long. If I continued to remain like… someday I might be unable to work properly."
Sheng Ruming stared at her and then spoke, "You don't need to work. I can provide all the things you want."

"Hey. Are you thinking about office romance or what? All these posts are related to you. I want to work somewhere else. A job I like."
"Do you want to do painting then? Should I find a good studio for you..." When Sheng Ruming asked her, all three traces of happiness from her face whipped away. Luo Lixi frantically shook her head.
"I don't want to paint anything...never. Don't find a job for me. I will find some." Luo Lixi whispered and didn't look at him ever again. Sheng Ruming saw the unusual behaviour of hers but remained quiet. Luo Lixi couldn't concentrate on her work anymore and became motionless as she gazed outside.

After thirty minutes, when they stopped, both of them sat up on the mattress and looked at the mess they had created in amusement.

"I am giving you the golden offer again. Become my private assistant, secretary, whatever you like. Just become one related to me." Luo Lixi tsked when she saw his serious expression. He dragged her towards him and wrapped her in his embrace.

"You can become Mrs. CEO in a second. Just need to give your sign in papers. But I know, you will only want to be my PA. After two days of holidays, come with me to the company.
