Both of them froze. When one asked and the other answered, they forgot one crucial point.
Sheng Ruming didn't know that Wei Airan knew he was in the country. On the other hand, the woman didn't think deeply when she called her son.
"Ma, why would you…" Sheng Ruming raised his head and glanced outside. The day was sunny, perfect to go out.
"Ah, Ma forgot for a moment that you are abroad. Just think as if I didn't ask anything." Wei Airan mumbled.
Sheng Ruming just hummed and asked, "How are you? Everything okay there?"
Wei Airan glanced at Yan Ruomin. Then she turned around and started to walk towards one bookshelf, "Yes. Just that, I and your father are waiting for you." Then Wei Airan soothed her tone, "Take care, my child."
Wei Airan cut the call and glanced on the phone. Then she turned around and walked back beside Yan Ruomin.
"What did he say, aunty? Is Ruming coming or not?!" Yan Ruomin babbled. She appeared very excited and her face was full of expectation.
When Wei Airan shook her head in denial, her face stiffened and all the other emotions wiped out. Wei Airan chuckled and murmured, "Do you want to go only if only you can meet him?" She teased Yan Ruomin.
"Aunty, please don't say such things." Yan Ruomin turned red in embarrassment. Wei Airan smiled and said, "It's alright. It's good to be young after all."
Yan Ruomin scratched her head and wanted to leave the room. 'Why is an old lady like you saying such cheesy words?! Too disgusting!' Yan Ruomin could only keep her mum and sat beside Wei Airan, silently accompanying the latter.
Wei Airan glanced at her and regained reading. Yan Ruomin could only glance at the clock from time to time and thought when the time could reach noon.

Luo Lixi was currently in a meeting in the company. The company had recruited young bloods recently and it was time for her to test these people as well as upholding her capability.
In the meeting, the other people followed every single action of her. Luo Lixi however acted very naturally and ended the meeting with success.
"Meeting is over." Luo Lixi said loudly and left the room. Behind her, Zhao Yichen followed her. When the two people entered her office room, both of them paused.
"What are you doing here?" Luo Lixi saw the back of a familiar man. He was standing before her desk and reading something.
As she spoke out, the man closed the file and dropped it. Then he turned around. As both of them inched towards each other, Zhao Yichen put a file on the side shelf and left.
Sheng Ruming wrapped his left hand around her waist and hugged her tightly. Then they kissed each other deeply. After they broke out, Luo Lixi mumbled, "Is there any serious matter?"
"No."
"Then why did you come?"
"Do I need to have any reason to come?" Sheng Ruming caressed her glossy pink lips and couldn't help but kiss her a few more times.
As both of them engrossed in their own world, the other matters left their minds. Luo Lixi glanced back and was relieved to see there was no one around them.
Then she turned to look at the man. Sheng Ruming seemed to know her thoughts and replied, "I have come to take you to a place."
"Where?"
"You will see. Just come with me."
Luo Lixi frowned and shook her head. "I can't. There are important matters in our hands. Now I can't go anywhere."
Sheng Ruming brought her to the sofa and both of them dropped on that. Then, he stared at her eyes and asked, "Your old man called me today."
Luo Lixi felt like her heart pounding violently. She clutched his hands tightly and asked worriedly.
"What did… grandfather say to you?"
Sheng Ruming smirked and suddenly pulled her towards him. He made her sit on his lap and kissed her violently. Then he whispered beside her ear with love, "He has said to bring my parents to your home if I want to marry you."
Luo Lixi stopped breathing the instant she heard him. Sheng Ruming smiled slyly and rubbed her back, "Breath properly. Don't do something which can be a hindrance in our engagement."
As her eyes saw his smiling face, finally she let out the air she was holding in. Luo Lixi also smiled and hugged him back.
Sheng Ruming's face twisted. "Hey, are you trying to suffocate me to death with your boobs?" Luo Lixi paused and looked down.
"You really! How can you say something so shameless?" She slapped his shoulder but then tightened her hug further.
Sheng Ruming, however, didn't let her stay quiet. He went ahead and bit on her ear. Luo Lixi flinched and stared at his face which was up to no good.
"Mr. Sheng, do you want to take a cold shower perhaps? The past ones aren't enough I guess."
Sheng Ruming paused and stared at her in displeasure. He clutched her hips and dropped her whole body on top of him.
"All of those caused by you. You are the sole sinner."
"I am not." Luo Lixi denied outright and wanted to stand up but the man didn't let her be.
He changed position and placed her below him. Then he unbuttoned her shirt and put his lips on her cleavage.
