Luo Lixi happened to have something to say to Aunt Zhu, so she went along and no longer refused.

"Oh, got it... Tomorrow, I will go to the Ming city with Ruming. The Sheng family will organise a wedding reception for me. Grandma, I wanted to bring you with me but leaving grandfather alone without any trusted personal isn't a good idea..." Luo Lixi murmured and turned to look outside.
Her eyes fell on the river, the same one where once she was thrown. Her deep eyes were thinking something which others couldn't disperse.
"Don't worry, Miss. You can go ahead without any worry. I will take care of old master. I shall leave now. You should take rest." Aunt Zhu nodded and bowed. Then, she left the room to no longer being a bother Luo Lixi.
After she left, Luo Lixi put down the bouquet of red roses on the nearby table. Her eyes glanced around the well-decorated room. The shiny redness nearly made her blind.
The fiery red petals made a huge heart on the white bedsheet. Luo Lixi blinked her eyes and turned her attention elsewhere.
Luo Lixi turned her eyes to the clock and thought, 'Well, I guess he will come after a long time…'
As Luo Lixi thought, she relaxed a lot. Without any further thoughts, she lifted her veil and sat down on the chair which was near the windows.
A little table and two majestic chairs were placed there, for the newlyweds to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the river. Indeed, such a beautiful view it was that anybody would smile and love to see the view outside.
Luo Lixi sat down and saw the shiny glasses and the candles. Then, she picked up the champagne bottle beside the bouquet of roses. After staring at its wrapper, she got an unknown urge.
She licked her lips and glanced at the window, staring outside. Her thoughts were becoming messy, 'No, I can't drink! Not until he comes…'
But Luo Lixi couldn't control her urge. She felt like if she didn't drink anything right then, she would explode. Her mind was becoming hazy and chaotic. Slowly, her eyes, which were becoming hazy and gloomy, turned to the table.
The bright candle shined powerfully and reflected on the glossy surface of the glasses. The beautiful champagne bottle beside it looked so appetising at that moment that except it, she seemed to not have anything else in the world.
"I am thirsty…" Some dull words came out of her mouth as her eyes slowly drifted to the bottle. She continued to lick her lips and eyed the bottle hungrily.
Suddenly, her hands moved without her noticing and the next second, Luo Lixi found the bottle in her hands. A huge grin bloomed in her lips of which she was unaware.
"Ruming told me not to drink but… if I drink alone, he won't know…" Luo Lixi thought with her hazy eyes and then she leaned down. With her fingers, she tried to open the bottle but after many attempts, she failed.
While she was struggling to open the lid, with a creak, the door opened. Luo Lixi's whole body stiffened as she turned her head.
Wei Airan stood at the door, hesitated to enter when she saw the scene. "Lixi, you… cough!"
Luo Lixi immediately stood up as her eyes became clear. She strolled towards Wei Airan and asked with embarrassment, "Aunty… please come in."
Wei Airan saw her blushing face and chuckled, "Girl, drink after your husband comes. It's not time yet to drink. You know..."
Luo Lixi blushed and nodded furiously. "I understand."
Then, Wei Airan stopped smiling and spilled out the words she wanted to say, "Some guests are leaving. You should come down for a second."
"Alright." Luo Lixi agreed and hurriedly went out with Wei Airan. When she got there, she thanked people for attending her wedding.
After everything finished smoothly and the guests left, finally, Luo Lixi gave a broad smile to Sheng Ruming. The man also smiled back and grabbed her hand.
Under the startled eyes of his parents and Aunt Zhu, Sheng Ruming fled with Luo Lixi. Wei Airan couldn't help laughing and murmuring, "Look, Ah Hao. Xiao Ming is so impatient! Just like you back then…"
Sheng Haotin glanced back at his wife and said with raised eyes, "You are delusional."
When Wei Airan 'hehed', he grabbed her from behind and whispered, "People are watching. Or perhaps you want people to watch?"
Sheng Haotin's action went unnoticed by everyone. The women could only stare at him while smiling sweetly while Aunt Zhu glanced at them and hurriedly went away to tend to the other matters at hand.

Despite the harsh way of trapping her, he was gentle with his touches.
