Zan Fu was blown back into a building thanks to the impact of their collision. The force of his body crashing into the building caused it to collapse like a wrecking ball smashing into the wall of a house.

The Divinity fell from the sky as well. Although his crash wasn't as violent, the fact that he couldn't stop his fall by flying shows how much damage he received.

While the man stood back up quickly, Zan Fu also pushed aside the rubble on top of him. They both stood up at the exact same time and eyed each other down.

He suddenly had an idea and Zan Fu bent over and placed his hand onto the ground. The blue energy began to surround the ground, covering up the entire field with little to no space uncovered. Although he could see this blue energy, the Divinity couldn't.

Zan Fu thought back to his collection of swords and blunt weapons. Every single weapon from short knives to longsword , from maces to bludgeons, and from arrows to even shields appeared in his mind.

"Thank you Type-Moon." Zan Fu whispered to himself as the Divinity attempted to step closer to him. Suddenly from beneath the Mysterious Man's feet, a sword popped out of nowhere and almost stabbed him if he didn't react in time.

"What the-" suddenly the man heard Zan Fu scream and he looked up to see weapons suddenly appear all around him, "Oh sh*t"

All of the weapons popped out of the ground and began to fly toward him, while he could easily dodge most of them, a few still were able to strike him. Luckily his natural defenses made it so that he didn't receive much damage.

"What kind of skill is this?!" He knocked away a bludgeon that was aimed for his shoulder and kicked away a shield flying at his head. But as the man kept fighting with the random weapons, Zan Fu snuck in ever closer in deep concentration.

He himself wasn't technically controlling the movements of the weapons. Instead what he was doing was teleporting them to his hand and throwing them to the blue energy cover ground. They would then be teleported from the ground to where ever he pictured them to be.

While this was extremely effective, it was draining him of his power quickly. He had already lost half of his "heaven's force" and the rest was draining quickly. Once in a while he would bring over a low tier soul crystal to quickly absorb before continuing his advance.

Although high tiered soul crystal contained more power, it took more time to absorb than a low tiered one. Finally Zan Fu saw an opening and summoned in one of his bludgeons. He charged forward when the Divinity was distracted and swung onto the back of his head.

"Watch out!" The blood red orb screamed out and the man turned around just in time to catch the strike. Zan Fu immediately dropped the weapon in turn for a sword right next to him. They both continued to trade blows, with Zan Fu throwing away one equipment for another every single time he strikes out.

Luckily he had so many weapons thanks to his parents spoiling him and hiring a weaponsmith to forge whatever he anted, from sabers in TV shows to legendary lances only described in stories. The total count was probably already up into the high hundreds.

The Divinity would constantly try to punch or kick Zan Fu every time he got the chance, but he would use the claw as a shield, in turn the man barely reacted to any of the attack that Zan Fu used.

They fought a surprisingly evenly matched battle in the storm that was raining armaments. Zan Fu didn't have to to bring in a soul crystal and wasn't able to last long before a swift kick sent him flying back to what felt like the stone ages.

The man gave off a creepy smile as he opened up his mouth to speak, "You're pretty strong boy, and I have no doubt that you already know that I am injured."

Zan Fu stayed silent as he was trying to heal up any and all injuries that he had obtained. As the man continued his speech, Zan Fu tried to think of some way to defeat him.

"But although you are strong, and I am in a weakened state... I still have more than enough strength to kill you!" He pushed out his legs and charged forward in a direct assault. Zan Fu slashed in his direction in the air and beams of power launched from his fingers.

The beams of light sliced through the earth as they traveled to the Divinity's face. He brought his right arm up and swiped it sideways, knocking the beams away from him and having them disperse into the air.

Zan Fu figured that his simple attacks wouldn't amount to much, so he himself advanced rapidly.

Just as they were once more about to collide, Zan Fu jumped up and flipped over the Mystery Man, he swung his claw down as soon as the Divinity was directly under him and a shockwave blew a large amount of dust into the air.

Once the dust settled, the shocking scene of the Divinity grasping Zan Fu's arm with one hand was revealed.

He swung his arm over and swung Zan Fu into the ground back and forth like a rag doll being abused. After the fifth swing, Zan Fu brought his other hand over and took a desperate course of action.

He jammed his finger into the man's eye. It unexpectedly worked as he felt his claw being released from the man's grasp.

He quickly jumped backwards and landed on one knee exhausted. The Divinity was grasping at his own face as he screamed out, "Bastard! You jammed my eye!"

This brought a small smile onto Zan Fu's face, "What kind of cultivator doesn't use "heaven's force" to strengthen and protect his eye?"

"What kind of cultivator attacks the eye?!" His eyes became bloodshot, and Zan Fu wasn't sure if it was out of anger or pain, and he held out his hand, "DIE!" A ball of flame appeared in his palm and it began to superheat the air around it.

Even Zan Fu who was at least ten meters away could feel the frightening heat radiating off of the fireball. He tossed it into the sky and it continuously rose without pause until it disappeared within the clouds.

Zan Fu was bewildered while watching this and didn't react for a long time. Finally the flame lowered from the cloud and what Zan Fu saw almost gave him a heart attack.

The flame had grown to the size of a small city and was going to crash onto the earth, "Isn't this a bit overkill!"Zan Fu looked at the insane man before him, "What are you doing? Won't you be hit by this attack as well?!"

He just gave off a sly grin as his body slowly faded away.

"!" Just before the man disappeared, Zan Fu spotted a sort of talisman in his hand. It was a teleportation talisman, they were extremely rare and hard to find these days. As long as you set up a checkpoint you can use one to travel there instantly only once.

The fact that the Divinity used a talisman to escape him showed what he thought of Zan Fu's true strength, being annoying as hell! Jokes aside, Zan Fu was actually screwed.

Drodon flew up beside him, "I can't believe we lost him." Zan Fu just looked over with a stare that could probably kill, "We have BIGGER problems!"

"Don't worry, our bodies are made out of the some of the toughest substances in the world...oh wait!" Zan Fu used the claw to get a grasp on Drodon and threw him at the fireball. It didn't help at all but it made Zan Fu feel better.

He couldn't think of any plan that could possibly help him out in this situation. As Zan Fu began to think about running away, he felt the claw in his hand suddenly burst with energy. It started to go into his body but the amount was overwhelming.

He opened up his mouth to scream out of pain due to him almost exploding from having more energy than his body could handle, but then all of a sudden a bright ray shot out of his mouth into the sky.

The beam of light collided with the ball of fire and a spiraling inferno formed out of the two separate attacks. The power was overwhelming and without further ado, a giant explosion rang out breaking the windows and shaking buildings dozens of kilometers away while all of the buildings in the vicinity were just demolished.

~~~~~
All of the people that Zan Fu saved from the Gaian Worm looked back behind them to witness a ray of light battle against a monstrous fireball. As the conflict reached it climax, a large explosion rang out that blew most of them away.
"What was that?" One of the younger people asked while looking at the scene with bright eyes. No one had an answer for the boy but all of them had a similar thought in their heads that could be almost summed up in one sentence, "It was like a war between gods."
