Kenzo was worried after he received a report that Victoria rushed to the mansion and after an hour, he received a message that her bodyguards were kicked out and Victoria even messaged her that she might stay in the mansion because her grandmother isn't feeling well. He commanded them to stay in the mansion and will not leave unless Victoria is with them. He tried calling her but she wasn't answering and after a few moments, her phone was turned off and couldn't be reached.

Victoria would never turn off her phone and would answer his call. Something is off.

He quickly put his coat on and was about to leave until an unknown number called.

"Hello, who is this?" Kenzo asked.

"Kenzo, this is Renzel. Victoria's cousin. Did you know that grandma has been in the hospital since two days ago?"

"What?" Kenzo frowned. "Then, what is she doing in the mansion?"

"I am on my way there. But you have to calm yourself." Renzel said on the other line.

"What do you mean?"

"Our family doctor called me. He came from the mansion." Renzel sounds like he's driving. "I am rushing there. Also, grandma doesn't want to tell Victoria that she's in the hospital as she would rush and get stressed over it."

Kenzo clenched his fist as he thought of something bad.

"Thank you. I'll be there." He hung up and Secretary Bryan approached him.

"I already called out the police and they will arrive in the mansion in a few minutes."

"Good. I think something bad happened to my wife and if she got a single scratch, they'll pay. And if it was bigger, they'll pay a thousand of folds."

"Yes, sir."

Kenzo hopped in the car as the police cars and motorbikes wailed and every car gave them away. There were also two helicopters above them. Kenzo tried to call Victoria but her phone was off. Then, he called Bailey. It was ringing and after a few rings, it turned into a voicemail.

"If something bad happened to my wife, I'm going to make you pay." He threatened and hung up. His blood had been rushing up in his head and he tried hard to calm himself.

At the time that they reached the villa, the security was dealing with Victoria's bodyguards outside as the gate was locked from the inside. They wouldn't let anyone enter. Kenzo's phone rang and he answered.

"Where's my wife?" He asked quickly.

"I am already inside the house and searching for Victoria. I'm trying to tell them to let you in." Renzel said. "I'm sorry, Kenzo. I'll call you back when I see her."

"I can't wait."

Kenzo's face darkened as he hung up and the chopper surrounded the mansion. He put his earpiece on the left and pressed it.

"Emperor," He mumbled.

"Welcome, Lord Ivan."

"Unlocked the Parson mansion gate. Now." He demanded.

"Unlocking…" After a few seconds, the gate opened as Kenzo entered back in his car and the escort police riding on their motorbike entered first. The security guard was shouting to stop them but they were immobilized when the police faced them showing their badges.

"Parson, let out Lady Victoria, in this instant. We have a search warrant." The officer from the helicopter said through the microphone.

Kenzo is losing his patience.

Thirty Minutes Ago,

Victoria forced herself to get up. Jenny, the old maid, was attending her and told her to lay down. She shook her head although it was in pain like it's going to break. She forced herself to walk toward the door but it's locked. Jenny held her and took her back to bed.

"We are locked in here, Lady Victoria," Jenny said softly. "I tried to call your grandmother to report on what happened but they took my phone. They also cut the telephone in here."

"My husband." Victoria panted as it's hard for her to breathe and get dizzy quickly. She held her head. "My phone…"

"They have your phone too," Jenny said and made her lay down. "I'm sorry, Lady Victoria. They texted your husband that you are staying here with your grandma. I couldn't do anything to protect you or get you out of here."

"My husband," Victoria sobbed and her head felt like it's going to break. "He's going to get worried."

"I know," Jenny said softly and wiped her tears. "Stop crying, Young Lady. Gather yourself. I will try hard to find a way to get you out."

Victoria calmed herself and drank the medicine that Jenny gave. She collapsed after her head had been spinning.

After thirty minutes, she woke up from someone's voice.

"Victoria!"

"Victoria!"

She slowly opened her eyes and heard an argument outside.

"Uncle! You can't lock her here. Her husband is coming and waiting for her." Renzel's voice.

"Leave now, Renzel!" Bailey scolded. "Take him out!" He demanded and Jenny started banging the door.

"Lord Renzel! Please help, Lady Victoria! She's not well."

She collapsed again but somehow, she heard a bigger commotion outside.

"Her husband is here," Renzel said grimly. "I told you, Uncle. He's not someone to mess with."

Bailey scoffed.

"He probably tricked some rich people." Bailey rushed outside to meet Kenzo on the doorstep.

"Where's my wife?" Kenzo asked coldly as Bailey didn't even notice the people behind him.

"What is this? How did he get in?" Bailey exclaimed to the security.

"Sir, our system had glitches as it opened~~"

"Victoria!" Kenzo shouted aloud as he walked past Bailey. Bailey grabbed him and pushed him out of the door.

"Victoria is my daughter. Get out of here now. I'll prepare for your divorce."

Kenzo clenched his fist and stepped closer to Bailey as Bailey almost stepped back.

"If you did something bad to my wife, again. I'm not gonna think twice of killing you."

Bailey scoffed.

"Are you threatening me? I am a Baron of this family!"

"I don't care what you are," Kenzo said coldly as he saw Renzel who signed him from upstairs.

"You useless man!" Bailey grabbed Kenzo's collar as Kenzo signed his men to stop. "Victoria will never be content with you…"

"Victoria is not like Katarina," Kenzo smirked. "That bitchy daughter of yours will always be a monstrous brat. My wife is an angel." Kenzo pulled Bailey's hand from his collar. He pushed him as the bodyguards pointed guns at everyone who would get in Kenzo's way.

Kenzo followed Renzel as he was scolding a maid to open the door. The maid scuffled but Kenzo was very much impatient as he started breaking the door.

"Miss Jenny, please get out of the door," Renzel shouted and they continued breaking it. However, the door is made into a strong wood and doorknob.

"Sir," Secretary Bryan took out something from his pocket. "I'll do it." He pitched the lock and Kenzo quickly entered and rushed inside. The maid was crying and his wife was in the bed, lying almost lifeless. She had a bandage around her head. His heart shattered seeing her like that.

"Victoria!" Kenzo shouted and rushed to the bed. His whole body was shaking as tears quickly rolled down his cheek. He never hurt his wife in his life. He quickly scooped her but gently. "Baby…" He called.

Renzel never expected the damage that Victoria would have as he reached Miss Jenny's hands. It was cold and shaking and she explained to him quickly what happened.

"Bryan!" Kenzo screamed. Secretary Bryan quickly approached him. "Look what they did to my wife. Make sure to have her things back. Including her phone." He growled.

"Yes, sir."

Renzel stared at Secretary Bryan for a little while as he was sinking in his head on where he saw him. Kenzo took his wife out of the room.

"Kenz," Victoria's frail voice called and she slowly reached his cheek to wipe it. "You are here."

"Everything is fine now, my Duchess." He whispered and kissed her forehead that had a bandage around it.

"My head felt like it was breaking."

"I'm sorry," he said softly. "We are going to the hospital right away."

Victoria lost consciousness again as he heard the screaming of women. He glared at them as his men took away Victoria's phone and purse.

"Hospital is already waiting for the Duchess." Secretary Bryan mumbled.

Kenzo carefully put Victoria inside the sedan and the police in motorbikes turned off their siren, indicating an emergency. He was carefully clutching his wife in his arms as he wept silently. From the look of her injury, it was too much. She's also dehydrated. Her lips were dry and had a cut on the lower lip. Also, her cheeks were swollen and he wondered how many times she's been hit by those murderous hands of her family.

"I'm sorry that I didn't come with you, love." He held her sobbed to be strong. It's not like his wife is dying. But the injury in her head was a big pain to him. He didn't know how long she'll suffer from a massive headache.

At the time that they reached the hospital, his cheeks were already dry and they were readying a hospital bed as he rang along. She was put in an immediate VIP room as they were getting ready for her CT scan and MRI. Kenzo was left outside as he was pacing back and forth.

"Sir, her cousin, Renzel, wanted to see you." Secretary Bryan said.

Kenzo turned around as Renzel approached him.

"I'm sorry, Kenzo. I should have told her that grandmother is in the hospital."

"Do you have something to do with this?" Kenzo asked sharply. Renzel creased his brows.

"No. Why would I do that to Victoria?"

"I don't know. Then, don't apologize on behalf of those bastards." Kenzo snapped. "Victoria had enough trauma… and this?" Kenzo turned to the wall to punch it up Secretary Bryan caught his fist before it even reached the wall.

"Who are you, really?" Renzel asked but Kenzo didn't answer as the doctor came out.

"We are going to run a CT scan to her, sir. There might be possible blood clots."

"Do everything to make sure that my wife recovers."

"Yes, sir." The Doctor bowed his head as the nurses took Victoria out of the room to get her ready for CT-Scan.

Kenzo on the other hand was still shaking in anger and worry.
