Kaisley was wearing her floral retro dress and greeted them one by one. The last thing she noticed was Maverick and Kenzo who have dark circles under their eyes.
"What happened?" She asked them both while the girls and Astera family are entering. Maverick and Kenzo hold her hands from both sides.

"Did the girls tire you out last night?" She teased them as the boys laughed.
Kaisley completely grew with them. They were like her big brothers but somehow, she's a little older than them.

The girls were giggling while the three seniors together with Lady Vivien and Lord Hansen were talking about business. Although Lady Vivien was used to this kind of discussion whenever her husband had another nobleman as a neighbor to talk about a business, she still felt a little outdated from them. But she stayed as a good wife to her husband.
It was still early yet the couple decided to open the gifts. The first gift was from the King. There are five boxes. One gift was a set of jewelry for her. It's obsidian and then there's another jewelry set for Caleb. A medallion. Everyone was quiet inside. That time, Kaisley had already dismissed the maids and butlers. "Grandpa," Kaisley looked up at him. She also recognized the jewelry and mostly the medallions.
