She opened her eyes and suddenly became cranky after waking up. She doesn't even have a good dream. Her whole body felt heavy and she glared at her husband who was still busy working while holding a remote controller for gaming. She yawned and stared at him. He slowly turned his head and smiled brightly.
"Why am I here?" She asked.
"Why not? I missed you, that's why."
"Seriously? Did something happen?"
"Nothing serious." He said, like a promise. She still hesitated that he was telling the truth. "It's almost dinner time. Are you hungry?"
She sat up and noticed the tray that has small microchips on it.
"What's that?"
"Some devices that I need to review." He said and continued with working his robots while controlling them. "Just a moment, love." He whispered and pressed his headphones on. "Alpha, Alpha, do you copy?"
"Roger," Kenzo answered.
"I found a few cameras around and since it's a trap, we should say goodbye to our robotic friends."
"Hays, such a waste," Caleb grumbled.
"Signing off." He said as he put down his headset.
He pressed the destruction mode and sighed.
"What the hell?" She frowned at him.
"Sorry, love." He reached her face and caressed it. "We have to destroy the cameras in that area by the destruction mode of my robots.
"Why?"
"It's to disable their camera line and disable their line." He moved to her and kissed her lips. "I missed you."
Stacey looked at him weirdly. But he cuddled with her and kept kissing her face. A knocked on the door interrupted them and he looked at the door as Butler Paul came and bowed his head.
"Dinner is ready, your graces."
"Thank you, Paul." He said as he stood and stretched his arms and squatted a little bit. My butt feels a little flat. Let's go love." He reached his hand to her and she pouted and raised her hands.
He smiled as he carried her like a bride and kissed her lips. He put her down when they were near the staircase and they went downstairs to the dining hall. Secretary Morgan was wearing her apron as she served the full ham. Stacey's mouth watered. Maverick gave her a glass of water as she sipped on it.
"Let's start." She said excitedly.
After dinner, Maverick went downstairs to the basement while his wife was busy eating desserts. He then checked the man's face where half of his body was already covered with a sheet.
"Alright." He grumbled. "I will check the devices tonight."
"Yes, sir. Do you want me to look at it for a while?"
"It's alright, Paul. I know that you are tired. You are dismissed now."
The Butler hesitated but then he bowed his head and put the corpse in the freezer drawer. Maverick went back upstairs where his wife was busy admiring the robots. He went to his study room and checked each device using a magnifying glass. He tested each of them. He also noticed the chips. Since he had seen it before, it's easy for him to determine what type it was.
He then put his earpiece on and listened to the operation.
"We are in." Kane's voice said. Maverick was frozen from inspecting the five devices as he listened. He tried hard not to check their cameras but then he sat down and continue with checking and noting on the devices.
There was a static sound from the connection.
"Red Sparrow!" Kenzo called out. "Do you hear me?"
There's no reply.
"Red Sparrow, do you copy!"
Maverick put down the small device and his magnifying glass. Then, he sat down and located the Red Sparrow. His location was still beeping in morse code. He took note of it and then he switched the microphone to Kenzo.
"Blue Eagle! They are surrounded. Continue with the attack!" he said.
"Roger that."
He watched as the blue dots surrounded the area as they trapped the unknown shadows that were surrounding the red dots. He started typing fast on his keyboard just to get a better connection to Kane. He heard gunshots and then the red dots were still blinking that only means that they still have heartbeats and so were the blue dots.
"We got a few of them. Five men down." Kane said in a static voice because of a poor connection.
"Evacuate the injured," Kenzo said. He smirked when the Blue dots released his babies. The newest robots that he and Caleb made. As long as there's a connection. So, Kane already planted the first connection. These robots could only travel in a few radius.
Victoria was massaging her mother's legs while they were listening to the news. Currently, there's a bombing in the underground area. People could hear it. She stopped and so did her mother.
"Kenzo," Victoria mumbled.
"Kane." They are both worried about everyone in that area. They looked at the King who was sitting and frowning at the news.
"What's the news, Commander?" The King asked.
Commander Sparrow was busy on his computer while he sat nearby the King to ask for a command.
"They already surrounded the area. Few are wounded." Commander Sparrow said. "They need two more hours." He said.
Victoria was waiting for Commander Sparrow to add something but he didn't. Her heart started thumping like a drum in nervousness. Her phone chimed as she quickly opened and she sighed.
"They are safe," Victoria said. "Kenzo just texted me."
"That's a relief."
In two hours, Kane and others arrived. The doctors and nurses were already waiting and they treated the wounded. Kenzo rushed to Victoria, pulled her up, twirled her around, and kissed her. She hugged his neck tightly.
"I'm glad that you are safe."
"I am safe." He grinned at her. He then approached his grandfather and bowed. Then, he also bowed to the Marchioness and Marquess. "We will be retiring to our room."
"Yes, you need to also look after your health." The King said and waved him off.
She did her usual by preparing his bath and helping undress. She also segregated his clothes and then, she shampooed his hair and massaged it carefully.
"That's amazing." He mumbled. "I'll rinse now before I fall asleep here."
She quickly rinsed his head. Victoria then took him to her dresser as she turned on the blower to dry off his hair. He yawned and smiled at him. She knew that there would be no time for lovemaking. It's been days now and they haven't done that because he was so busy. There were times that she's already asleep when she would feel him kissing her.
She then led him to the bed and he fell asleep quickly. She sighed and got ready to sleep. She drank her pills and lay down beside him. She watched as he started snoring a little and she gently pushed pulled him to lay sideways facing her. Her phone chimed and she reached it and checked Stacey's message.
Stace: Mave was still in the office and seemed to be cleaning up something. Do you know what they are currently doing?
Victoria: I'm sorry Stace. I think you should ask Mave.
Stace: It's also weird that Secretary Morgan seemed to be hiding something from me.
Victoria: I am sure that it's for your good.
Stace: Fine. Thank you, Vi. Sleep tight. I know that it's very late for them.
Victoria: Sweet dreams.
"Love," Kenzo reached her thigh. "Love, let's sleep." He said softly, sounding drunk.
She put her phone away and snuggled to his chest. He caressed her hair and kissed her forehead. She looked up at him and admired his beautiful face.
"I nearly lost you. How long are you going to keep doing this?" She asked and rubbed his chest.

Then, the lady killed him after taking the crown. She gasped and opened her eyes. She's sweating and her husband's arms were still around her. She smiled and patted his cheeks. She sat up and wiped off her sweat.
"Vi," he called and glanced at her as she went to the table to drink water.
"I'll be back." She said softly.

"What's wrong? Did you have a bad dream?" He asked and caressed her hair.
"I'm fine. Let's sleep again, my love."

She giggled and nodded her head. He quickly went down between her legs and licked her hungrily. Then, he shoved himself and thrust deep and hard. Victoria loves it although she was quite surprised then, she was satisfied afterward. So, satisfied that she could have a good dream this time.
