Kenzo got his first pay and he bought clothes for his wife in the forever 21 shops.
"I'll take this." He told the saleslady.
It's cheap for elite people but forever 21 is an expensive shot for him. He also bought a new negligee for her. Then, he bought ice cream. Although it's not good for her, Kenzo wanted to treat her first on his first pay. Besides, his wife deserves better than these gifts.
It's seven in the evening and he's very late for dinner. He said that he'll be late. It made his wife anxious.
When he arrived home, his wife greeted him and kissed him on the doorstep. He smiled and gave the shopping bags and paper bag to her.
"What is this?" She asked.
"It's for you." He answered with a grin.
"Thank you." She smiled at him. Kenzo kissed her forehead and removed his shoes and hung his leather coat on the rack. Then, they walked to the living room as she took out the items from two paper bags.
She pulled out the beautiful jeans and then, a beautiful dress that fits on her perfectly. Then, there's a paper bag for Victoria's Secret. It's all beautiful. Kenzo took out the envelope from his pocket and gave it to her.
"What's all of these?" She asked him.
"I bought you a pair of jeans since you looked sexy on skinny jeans." He said.
"And this?" She opened the small envelope.
"For budgeting."
"Hubby, I don't need all of this stuff." She put it on the coffee table and pushed him down on the sofa. She sat on his lap and wrapped her arms around him.
She inhaled his manly scent, as she felt safer. He wrapped his arms around her. She felt warm and secured with just his arms around her.
"Just like this. My comfort zone. I am satisfied."
He reached her head and hugged her tightly. She was his comfort zone too. He understood her insecurities and he will be there to ease it and make it all fade away. Because he loves her so much.
"Something happened?" He asked and caressed her hair.
"Father called, he said that I have to be in the family gathering."
"And?"
"It's just odd that he has to call me." She sighed. "I am worried." She reached his hand and caressed his silver ring. "Then, he accused me of seducing Jason. He said that Katarina was crying saying that I am seducing Jason and he still had little feelings for me."
"What?" He frowned.
"I met him while Mave and I are buying groceries. He spoke to me and held me while Mave was busy on the other shelf."
"What is he doing in the grocery store?"
"He probably saw us." She shrugged. "He said that he wanted me back." She bit her lip. "And Katarina saw us when Jason hugged me. But Mave quickly pushed him away. Then, Katarina probably misunderstood everything."
Kenzo scoffed and scooped her chin, turning it to him.
"You will only seduce me. No one else, do you understand?" He said possessively. She smiled and nodded at him.
They kissed passionately and she held on to him tightly. She gently pushed him and stood.
"I already set up the table. Let's eat."
He chuckled and removed his coat and tie. He followed her in the dining room with the ice cream and pulled a chair for her. Then, he put the ice cream in the freezer. She prepared three dishes and he's already famished. He skipped eating snacks a while ago because he had to eat for dinner. Everything tasted good and she said that she only followed Maverick's steps on cooking simple dishes for the dinner.
"Don't worry love. Next time, you don't have to cook dinner. You can just write and read…"
"Nah, cooking is a bit of distraction. And I enjoyed it. Plus the baking."
"That's good."
"But, what do you mean about being lazy? That I could get lazy?" She asked.
"I was just saying." He grinned at her.
"You are working hard every day and night and even proposed to Caleb." She pouted at him, showing that she's jealous of Caleb.
He laughed and reached her chin.
"Love, I'll tell you everything soon. Okay?"
"Okay," She trusts him. No matter what he says.
He helped her with the dishes. And she already cleaned the kitchen before he arrived. The house was tidy now and he knew well how tiring it was to take care of the house. But soon, she didn't have to worry about doing the laundry, doing the dishes, and cooking for every meal. She didn't have to worry about anything else for a moment.
Then, he went to the washing machine and washed her clothes. She's already sleeping and probably tired from work and grocery. He hand washed her lingerie, put it in the dryer with the other clothes, and hung it in the backyard. Then, he went back upstairs to her room and found her sitting on the bed and looking at him.
"Love, why are you awake?" He asked.
"Where did you go?" She asked.
"I just finished the laundry." He said as he approached her, walked around her, and scooped her face. He kissed her forehead.
"Let me brush my teeth then, we'll sleep."
"Okay," She nodded. "You aren't going to work, late at night?" She asked.
"No, love. I already finished it last night." He smiled. Then, he pushed away from her hair from her beautiful chest and gently caressed her milky chest. She held his hand to stop it. Resistance. She didn't want it tonight. He kissed her lips. "Let me brush my teeth."
She nodded and lay down. She watched him go to the bathroom. Victoria felt so crazy! She smacked her head and groaned. Damn! Why would she think that he had someone else? Is it because she fell asleep first without him? Is it probably because he's too handsome and she's so afraid to lose him. She'll be miserable if he did. Kenzo came out and turned off the lights. He crawled on the bed and cuddled her.
"Love, you don't have to bring lunch to the office."
"Why?"
"I'm working somewhere else from now."
She creased her brows.
"Where?"
"I can't tell you. Everything is complicated."
"Who are you working to?" She asked again.
"Secretary Bryan's boss."
She turned to him and scooped her face.
"Really?"
"Yes," He pointed his forefinger to her nose. "Everything at work is very confidential."
"How about Caleb?"
"Caleb is fine." He hugged her.
"It's not illegal, right?"
He chuckled and shook his head.
"No. I would never do that and doing illegal things would put you in danger." He kissed her forehead and waited for her to speak.
"Let's go to the gathering." She finally said.
"I know that you are anxious about it. We can just ignore it."
"Well, they held a family gathering every year for the gala. I think they only wanted me to go because they'll humiliate me and they don't want me in that gala at all." She shrugged. "Although I don't want to go."
"We can go." He grinned. "I mean, we'll be in the family gathering. Although they would insult me. It's fine."
"It's not fine." She rolled her eyes.
Kenzo lay down on his side and lifted the duvet. He patted his chest. She grinned as she cuddled to him like a little kitty. She straddled him and hugged his massive chest. He understood her. He had to understand his wife. His father told him that women are complicated. And so, he had to understand a woman's mood swings. Mostly his wife.
Kenzo started humming as he caressed his wife's back. She looked up at him and smiled.
"Sing it." She told him. "I'll make love to you in a straight week… every night if you sing for me."
Kenzo started singing a love song for his wife. His wife seemed in faze as he kept on singing. Then, he kissed her and she gave him a hand-job and blow job. In exchange for making his wife happy with a song, she gave him pleasure and happiness too. His father is right after all, that if he treats his wife like a Queen, she'll treat you like a King.
He fell asleep with his wife cuddled to him. But something dark started playing inside his head. A nightmare.
"Lord Ivan!" A man shouted.
He kept on running and running in the woods to be safe. He tripped when something exploded. He raised his head and pushed himself up to keep ongoing. However, the man in a fancy mask was holding the gun and holding his wife. He smiled as the man caressed the muzzle of the gun to his wife's cheek down to her neck. He froze and couldn't move.
He tried to go after him but he couldn't move. He was frozen. He looked down at the ground as the ground was opening up eating him. He screamed Victoria's name, over and over again, but he couldn't hear himself. Victoria was crying calling for his name.
"Kenzo!"
Kenzo gasped as he opened his eyes, Victoria was over him shaking him. She exhaled and pressed her lips. Kenzo quickly sat up and hugged her tightly. He's so terrified. Never had he dreamed about this nightmare for years? Is he going to lose his wife too?
"I'm here," She whispered as she kissed his forehead.. "I'm here, Kenzo."
