But it seems that there were some problems in the company and Brian with Risa hurried there. She also warned that it would be better not to contact them for some time, as not to arise anymore suspicious in Ian.
Lana hung up feeling somewhat unsettled. Her mother's voice was firm and cold as if Lana was talking to the woman from back then and the last night never happened. Was that just her imagination?
Her worries flew out of her head as soon as Greg came into a room, shining like a new coin.
" Why are you smiling like this?" - asked Lana suspiciously. - " Did you make someone cry?"
" Ouch! Do you really see me as such a mean person?" - muttered Greg all offended, puffing his cheeks.

But when Lana squinted at him with even more doubt in her eyes, he hurried to change the topic. - " Speaking about making someone cry! I just got a message from Tony. Sadly, but we don't have time to sleep yet again. It seems like our brave princess chooses today to make her grand move."
Lana frowned. But Greg gave her a quick pack on the pouty lips, circling her waist in the embrace.
" Sorry, darling, but today is the last day that you can play with her. I wanted to give you more time, but it could get dangerous if we don't deal with this pair quickly." - He said apologetically. - " But I have a few ideas, how you can receive the most out of today. What do you think?"
Lana stared in puzzlement at his delighted face. Then she giggled and kissed him back, catching his lower lip between her teeth for a light bite.
" Ok, my Evil Lord, tell me your vicious plan. I'm all ears!" - she purred playfully. - " Now, I kind of get, why you like to make people cry so much."

When the arrived at the company, space before front entrances and gates to underground parking were already filled with paparazzi, swarming in anticipation like a pack of hounds. Greg didn't slow down, speeding to the slowly opening passage to the garage. Reporters sprang in all directions, trying to avoid the mad driver. But Greg only smirked skillfully fitting his shining black car through half-opened gates that started to close the second before he passed it.
" You can open your eyes now, darling. We already here." - Said Greg, parking the car in his usual spot and turning to the tense girl. Lana let out a breath and cautiously opened one eye to check if he was telling the truth.
"How can you be such a scaridy-cat, while being a fierce she-wolf." - He mocked, pinching her cheek. Lana immediately smacked it away, pouting.
"I love speed only when I'm the one running through the forest. You too squealed like a girl, riding my back, so don't be so cocky now! " - She snapped back, stepping out of the car.
"I did no such a thing!" - replied Greg with fake indignation, following her. - "You're just making it up now. I was brave and rode you like a warrior!"
" Eww, Greg! Stop your dirty talks!" - came Tony's voice from behind. - "That comparison just made me have the weirdest image in my head, and I really didn't want to see it!"
" Yea? Should I tell Lana, what you asked me back then at my country house? " - Greg threw back with a smirk, turning to his friend.

So stop instigating your bride to chew enthusiastically on me." - Tony replied, coming closer. - "Lana, we should form a coalition against this dirty-minded guy. If we work together, we can make him as docile as a puppy. And then we can move on world domination! What do you think?"

She leaked some news that she will expose all of your wrongdoing during the annual shareholder's meeting. Now everyone is already in the main briefing room buzzing like an angry beehive."
Greg nodded calmly as if it was just old news to him. Lana wanted to ask more, but his sure expression showed that it was not only a mere bravado. He was in control of the situation, so Lana needs to believe in him.
"What about Frank? Is everything ready on his part?" - Greg asked briefly, moving to the elevator's door. Tony grinned broadly in a reply.
"Good! Seems like it is time to start a show! Let not disappoint our audience with long waiting!" - He drawled, stretching his lips in a slow, sleepy smile. And his eyes twinkled with devilish flames.
