Some people have questions about my choice for douluo dalu. So first reason is poll self explanatory. Second is that this will be like a stepping stone for other novels to come as it will give rei some more experience in qi. and finally some questions about how long it took Rei to get to rank 20 is because his body isnt used to the energy system and that he only has 1 ring. once he understands concept and law of time ring aging will be much faster as well as rank progression.

Rei breathed out heavily as he felt movement on his lap.
"You awake usagi chan?" Rei said as he looked at the rabbit on his lap.
The rabbit made a small yawn as it climbed onto Rei's shoulder.
Rei rubbed the rabbit's nose as it knocked his hands away and made a small protest with it's voice. Rei chuckled slightly as he smiled.
"Let's go look for a human town to get you some food and me some information." Rei said as they stood up.
Looking in the river, Rei could see that his hair grew out once more.
"Hais, I really need to stop my hair from growing out." Rei said as he used some qi to make a small knife on his finger. Cutting his hair, Rei paused before looking at the location.
'I think I should mark this place since it's quite relaxing.' Rei thought as he used a small amount of mana to mark down the location.
"Usagi chan, do you know where the human towns are?" Rei asked looking at the rabbit.
The rabbit nodded as it pointed it's small paws behind Rei.
"Thank you." Rei said as he gently stroked the rabbit behind the ears.
It didn't take long for Rei to exit out of the forest as he could see that there were a small town near by.
Walking over, he could see that everyone could summon a tool of some kind.
"Excuse me." Rei called out to a farmer.
"小弟你是叫我吗?" The farmer said completely confusing Rei.
[Installing translation function]
"Can you repeat that?" Rei said as he saw the system install the translation function.
"I said, little brother are you calling out for me?" The farmer repeated.
"Ah yeah sorry, I want to ask were are we right now." Rei asked.
"Oh well you see that forest behind you, that is the star duo forest. Little brother, you are lucky that no beasts harmed you. Further that way is Suotou city." The farmer said pointing out the locations.
"I see, are you able to tell me about this world? You see I woke up not too ling ago and I can't remember anything." Rei lied as he wanted to get some information about this world.
"Well we are in the Douluo continent and people here go through an awakening ceremony to get their essence spirits...." The farmer explained as Rei took it all in.
"So basically, we are in the Douluo continent where people go through awakening ceremonies to get their spirits. With these spirits, they cultivate and once they reached a threshold they kill spirit beasts to rank up all the way to titled Douluo which is rank 90 and above." Rei repeated wanting to confirm.
"Yes speaking of which little brother, how you gone through the awakening ceremony yet? If not then there is a spirit elder/expert (rank 31-40) here performing the ceremony. It could be helpful for you." The farmer said.
"Thank you." Rei said as he bowed a little as thanks. Walking over to what seemed like a plaza, Rei saw a large gathering of people.
"Usagi chan, you wait by the side ok?" Rei whispered as the rabbit nodded and walked to the side.
"Excuse me." Rei called out gaining the spirit elder's attention.
"Yes make it quick, I need to get through everyone here." The spirit elder said as he frowned. He couldn't believe that he was sent out here to awaken some trash spirits.
"You see I never awakened my essence spirit so can you help me out here." Rei said as he ignored what the spirit elder said.
"Fine prepare yourself." The spirit elder said as he started to process of spirit awakening.
Rei felt a sudden tug in his soul as he frowned slightly before allowing free it self. A burst of black and crimson energy exploded out of him as the illusory figure of a man clad in armour appeared, he had a fearless grin while it seemed like there were a bloody battlefield behind him.
The spirit elder backed away slightly as he felt the suppression from the figure as he was sweating out cold sweat.

The system's message appeared as Rei felt a cooling sensation in his eyes as the Asura War God disappeared.
Rei blinked his eyes a few times as the sensation disappeared.
"In-innate full spirit." The spirit elder stuttered slightly as he still felt fear from the supression of the Asura War God.
"Young man, would you like to come with me to the spirit hall. I can assure you that with your spirit. They will nurture you into an amazing titled douluo." The spirit elder said.
'If I bring such a good spirit back I'll defiantly get rewarded.' The spirit elder thought with greed.
"hmmm...." Rei thought.
'If I join this spirit hall I'll get nurtured. But, that also means giving my allegiance to them. I have too many secrets and who knows if one of them could find out about them. And from what I could tell, they value spirit rings and if they found out I had a 850,000 years old spirit ring they'll try to kill me for it. While I can easily kill them, I'd rather save mana for something else than what I could have avoided.' Rei thought about this spirit hall as he didn't want to take too many chances with the unknown.
"I'll have to decline, I need to find out about my lost memory." Rei lied as he was about to turn around and walk away when the spirit elder was about to forcefully grab his shoulder.
Bringing up his hand, Rei moved the momentum of the spirit elder else where as he missed Rei's shoulder.
"What's the meaning of this." Rei said as he frowned.
"You should be grateful that spirit hall wanted you. How dare you reject the offer. I'll give you a second chance, will you come willingly or should I use force." The spirit elder said as he revealed his spirit. A scorpion like armour covered the spirit elder's body as he looked at Rei.
"Well if this is how spirit hall is like then I'm glad I rejected the offer." Rei said as he went on guard. He could feel that there were no one else except for this guy here in the town.
"Fine then don't blame me for being vicious. Paralysis Sting!!" The spirit elder shouted as his scorpion tail launched forward towards Rei. Before Rei could even respond, he saw that he was looking at a forest.
"Eh?" Rei responded dumbly as he blinked a few times and looked down.
"So it was your doing usagi chan." Rei said as he smiled and picked up the rabbit.
"Thank you." Rei said as he placed the rabbit on his shoulder.
"Let's go home." Rei said as they made their way back to the Star Duo forest.
Reaching the lake, Rei sat down as he gently stroked the body of the rabbit with a smile.
