"So what do you want to ask." Rei said looking at the two.
"What's with your second quirk? Even though I can't erase your first quirk I can defiantly erase your second quirk." Eraser Head said looking serious.
"Hmmm...Well the ice quirk is a quirk by your standards. BUT, my weapons creation is not a quirk so you can't Erase it." Rei said not clarifying Unlimited Blade Works.
"Then what is it, your weapons creation?" Eraser Head said curious.
"Not saying. So Todoroki what do you want to ask?" Rei said turning to Todoroki.
"Why do you have an Ice quirk? Why do you look so close my mum? What's your connection?" Todoroki asked in rapid pace.
"Ok, All Might you should know this too. So I was an orphan but I was taken in by a nun. When she took me she heard my mum say something about my mum having a sister and giving me her name. Rei. Which is quite neutral. But what's more is that the nun said that she heard my full name was Rei Todoroki." Rei lied to Todoroki and All Might.
"So if I'm correct Rei shounen you could be a relative of Todoroki shounen?" All might asked.
"Yeah." Rei said looking at Shouto Todoroki waiting for his response.
"So you could be a secret love child that was abandoned by your mother at birth, who is related to my mum?" Shouto said in a serious tone.
"If that's what you want to believe." Rei shrugged.
"But I think it's about time I look for my mum." Rei said standing up.
"By the way Todoroki, you know anyone with the name Rei in your mum's side of the family?" Rei asked even though he knew the answer.
"Only my mum was called Rei." Shouto said eyes slowly widen.
"Then I'm your cousin Todoroki. So i'm going to go get some answers of my own seeya." Rei said walking away.
"Rei shounen wait!" All Might said face serious.
"Did you really have to kill? You know I may need to arrest you."
"All Might. They are villains who have probably already killed. If I tried to not kill them i'll probably get killed by the three monsters. That and also, I can't stand seeing them kill people and get away with it. So arrest me if you want but know this, no prison in this world can hold me back." Rei said looking at All Might with a cold face. Rei then walked away without turning back.
"Rei shounen...." All Might said with a tired look.
Walking away from the room Rei decided to eat a healing pill to regain his stamina.
"Eve do you know which way the hospital with Shouto's mum is?"
{Yeah lemme just get the main system up.}
[Hospital holding Rei Todoroki is North West from here traveling in a straight line.]
"Hey Eve you think you can get the system a map function? It would be quite helpful."
{Hai hai~ Eve here will show you what I can do!} Eve said with vigour.
Soon Rei could see a map in the top corner of his sight with a red line going North West.
{When you don't need it I can make it go away too!}
"Hehe, nice going Eve. Now shall we find Miss Todoroki for some answers?"

Reinforcing his body with haki and magic, Rei dashed in a straight line towards the hospital. After reaching the city, People in could see a faint blur of black and white skipping across on the buildings going towards the hospital.
Arriving at the location, Rei went straight to the reception and asked the lady.
"Excuse me miss do you know which room Rei Todoroki is in? I'm her nephew and I'm visiting her for the first time."
"Err yes! She is in room XXX floor X...." She stuttered nervously with a blush.
"Thank you." Rei said before going towards the room.
"So handsome...." The receptionist daydreamed before her colleage tapped her shoulder snapping her out of it and they continued working.
Walking to the door where his aunty would be, Rei knocked gently before walking in.
Looking up he could see a woman with long white hair and looking out the window.
"Hello..." Rei said softly while trying to not startle her.
"Yes and who are you?" She said looking over with a questioning look seeing a young man looking eerily simular to her.
"I'm Rei. Rei Todoroki, I want to ask you a question." Rei said while he slowly sat down on a chair.
"A question you say, and what would that be?" She said curiously at the fact that the boy had the same name as her.
"I'm trying to find my mother who I believe is your sister."
"Why do you think that?"She questioned.
"I was left at a orphanage while the nun said the woman holding me said her sister's name was Rei Todoriki. And I was named after her."
"So your Yumi chan's son..." She replied in nostalgia.
"Do you know where she is?!?" Rei quickly asked. Shaking her head she said.
"Unfortunately no, I haven't seen her since 16 years ago. But last time I remember seeing her was when she was sent to a place in the Kamino ward. Apparently she was going to a lab to do with allowing multiple quirks to be hosted in a single body. They took her because of her intelligence my father had told me when she left."
Rei's eyes widened at the hint of multiple quirks.
"Could it be Nomu's..." Rei thought.
"Thanks aunty."
"No problems Rei, If you find her could you bring her here. I would be nice to see Yumi chan again."
"Of course." Rei said while excusing himself.
After exiting the room, Rei's face fell with a frown.
"Eve, could mum be working with All For One in the Nomu factory at the Kamino ward?"
{Most likely...afterall in the fight between All Might and All For One happened there.}
"Hmmm...Shall we get All Might to fight All For One while he isn't as weak as he was in the anime?"
{I think we should after all, while All Might fights All For One you can be looking for your mum.} Eve said seriously.
"Yeah let's check if All For One is there before we go find All Might."
Rei said while he departed for the Kamino ward. On his way he could see the news being broadcasted about the USJ attack. The news had it showing information about him killing the villains. How he was also a villain for dropping to their levels and killing them.
"Tsk, stupid bastards. Why let them run free able to cause more damage when you can get rid of them." Rei said with a hateful glare. He could see how the news states that he ran away after the crime and police are looking for him. Next it showed his image at the ceremony to show what he looked like.
"Serves the villains right..."
"Yeah, they shouldn't be allowed to run free..."
"No we should be the better person and arrest them. We shouldn't drop down to their level..."
"Are you stupid, you won't be saying that if the villains killed your friends or family...."
Discussions could be heard about this while Rei himself didn't care what the world thought about him.
Suddenly sirens ran out while Rei was then surrounded by police he looked at them without a smile.
"What do you want." Rei spat out.
"Rei, student of UA. We would like a chat with you at the station. Please follow us without resistance."
The chief said while people recognised who Rei was.
"And if I don't go?" Rei sarcastically.
"Then we will brand you as a criminal and use force."
"As if you can even stop me." Rei said while he summoned several blades floating in the air while his hands were in his pockets. The wind caressed his hair as his disdain for the police was evident in his eyes and his sarcastic smirk. He was like a king, above the world, while the blades pointed at the police man like his royal guards.
"Down." Rei said while the conquerors haki pushed the police down to the floor and slowly bent the lamps.
Not bothering to look at the police Rei went in the direction of Kamino ward. Sending energy into his legs, he jumped onto a building before snapping his fingers. The blades disappeared and the pressure was also lifted. Rei left his spot in a blue flash which could be seen going towards Kamino.
"Urg need backup...Target has acted in violence...ran in the direction of Kamino ward..." The chief said with difficulty before passing out.
