The aftermath of the fight was shocking to say the least. The civilians had their views changed of heroes, they felt great respect for the young teen who decided bloody his own hands while keeping him safe. They called him "Seraphim" for his conviction to kill villains and his appearance when battling the dragon. All Might and Rei also had a short talk as All Might disagreed with Rei's views.
"Rei shounen, While I do commend your resolve I don't think killing is the way." All Might said in his weakened form.
"All Might. Everything needs a balance. By being a hero we balance it by the burdens we carry. We cannot just shrug off the burdens saying they're in jail, it's fine. What if they break out? What if because of your carelessness, a family was split apart by the villain killing a member of that family. We should shoulder that burden of killing evil at the root to keep the peace." Rei said countering All Might before he turned away to find his mother. All Might was left there thinking about his ideal symbol of peace.
On further notice, the council had wanted to arrest Rei but the people had started a revolt saying that they didn't want a true hero being jailed, they wanted villains to be who have killed to be dealt with the death. The council could only compromise by saying if the villain has killed, the heroes are allowed to use lethal force and that if they are not killed when taken to jail they will be killed by the council. Appeased, the civilians had been much more happy while the villains are deterred with a time bomb like Rei lurking around that will kill them instantly and the heroes not being afraid to kill them.
However, for the heroes many had quit seeing how they would have to kill, but the remaining ones are people who have been determined to dirty their hands for the civilians.
Rei on the other hand was sitting next to his mother waiting for her to awaken. The doctors were not able to give her arm back so Rei decided to trace Avalon out into the real world. And surprise the sheath had managed to heal her arm but could not be integrated with her, seeing this Rei decided to try heal All Might but because he had the wound for so long he couldn't manage to heal him.
sighing Rei decided that he held off for long enough.
"Eve, I think it's time to talk to the demon again."
{Are you sure Rei?}
"Yeah...."
{Ok but remember Rei...Be careful..} Eve said in worry.

Rei said entering his mindscape.
"Come out Seal Of Solomon."
A golden ring appeared while the black portal expanded showing the fire demon chained up.
"Kekeke, So my host has finally decided to see me. Oh~ it's been what 15years?" The demon chuckled darkly.
"Yes indeed." Rei said ignoring the demons playfulness.
"So what brings my host to me after all these years?"
"I want learn the full fire demon slaying arts."
Rei said sitting down in front of him.
"What makes you think I'll just teach it too you." The demon said without smiling.
"I don't, I just think that I should interact with the ugly side of my soul after all." Rei said.

"Don't be surprised. Emiya told me all about you spirits being apart of my soul. So at this point I want to understand myself more as well as you. After all, I might understand how the demon slaying art works more by understanding a demon." Rei said while the demon still still silent. Tracing out Kyoki Rei said.
"You know? I have a feeling that you're my battle crazy side no? I like my battle's so far. Each moment brings me joy. Of course, I also believe you are my violent side too. So when I made Kyoki I put all of my battle intent, bloodthirst and my violence in here. You could also say that Kyoki is your blade." Rei said showing Kyoki to the demon.

"Just had a wake up call by Eve ya know? That and also had a bunch of shit to deal with." Rei shrugged.

The ring has infused my bloodline into yours. But it had repressed the appearance part of the bloodline. so technically your a demon and I now reside in your bloodline. Hahahahahaha! You've became my descendant." The demon said laughing in joy, it wasn't his psychotic kind either.
