"Milady calm down okay?" Darryl was a bit in panic when his wife had taken hold of the knife. He wanted to laugh at the situation but how could he when Xhemin was ready to cut his balls, "It's not what you think it is. Let me explain first, besides, you cut my balls. "You can just hug me to keep me warm. The balls are unnecessary," Xhemin stepped forward and Darryl made sure to step back when she did so.
"Milady, you'll miss them. Besides, you can't sleep without touching them, remember?" Darryl stopped his retreat, stood his ground and gave his wife a wild naughty look. He even bit his lips in front of her, giving her the impression that he loved the way she was treating his balls previously.
"Don't make such false claims! How dare you...lie," For some reason Xhemin's proprietary shuddered at her words and a red blush instantly went on her face. For a moment she looked away, very mad at Darryl for teasing her.
"If it's not true then why are you blushing," His eyes shone with so much amus.e.m.e.nt. Seeing her like that was so heartwarming and Darryl remembered those days how he was so fond of teasing her, because she damned looked so cute when being teased.
"I really hate you," Xhemin decided helplessly knowing that she cannot win over their recent conversation. Instead she ended up shaming herself.
"I really love you,"Darryl answered, still wanting to tease her further. It was just the first day that they had met for a long time and they were back to being their old selves—Darryl being a teasing beast and Xhemin with her crooked mischief.
"God Darryl Lagdameo! You are making me uncontrollably mad!" Xhemin exclaimed frustratedly. She knew Darryl would keep teasing her endlessly and she certainly didn't want to deal with that. "Such a beast are you? Trying to turn the tables down so you can escape my confrontation. If you think you can get away with it, I'm telling you now, right here, you can't so you'd better keep your distance from me!"
"Milady calm down okay,"Darryl had enough of it. If it was just a regular day, he wouldn't mind teasing her all day but that day was different. It was the day of their reunion and he didn't want to waste time arguing, instead he wanted her in his arms to satisfy all his longings.
In just one swift move, he took the knife she was holding, threw it somewhere and locked her in his arms "You know yourself I can't take any concubine right? I'll only miss you more if I do. Besides I didn't take any wife when I thought you died, how could you accuse me of taking some concubines now,"
"Because I have evidence," She reminded him trying to squeeze herself a little from his embrace although she didn't really have plans of going away from his warmth. They both missed each other and right then they both needed each other's embrace.
"That wing was built by the Chieftain for Princess Song,"Darryl started explaining as he dragged her to a wooden kitchen chair and let her sit on his l.a.p, his arms still around her keeping her steady like she was a new born babe. "The little princess might have taken pity on me for being alone here so he constantly keeps me company. Also, she maintains the garden you once made so she was always here with Lady Lin. The Chieftain was worried she was making some inconvenience to me so she built her a wing,"
"Liar. There were two chambers that were loaded. If Princess Song was using one, then someone is using the other," She noted. Curious, she went around the wing earlier to investigate and found two chambers being used recently.
"Princess Song brought a guest for the wedding. Go and ask her when you see her. She'll tell you everything. She was always on your side so there's no way she's going to lie to you" Darryl assured his wife and even dragged Princess Song's name into it. He had no choice then, he needed some help to appease his wife who was then determined to cut his balls.
"Wedding?"
"Baruk Tam and Highest Lady Maru's. You missed it. It took place two days ago," Darryl told her and sighed.
"Really?" Xhemin flushed a regretful face and her anger evaporated suddenly "It's frustrating that I was not able to attend it. I should have come sooner but there was too many to work on the mainland I can't leave right away,"
Darryl didn't already hear the other things she said as he had already had his attention c.a.r.e.s.sing Xhemin's smooth legs. Their current position made her legs too exposed to him and he can't help but touch them. Damn! From being cute his wife turned s.e.xy in an instant. In a minute, he was already planting kisses on her hair and tempted to bite her earlobe.
"Don't," Xhemin, who had sensed his rising urges, pushed his face away. Seeing that he was a bit distracted, she took this opportunity to escape his embrace and went to check on the soup she had been cooking earlier. " You are still not forgiven until I can ask princess Song about it,"

He just watched her pouring something on the soup, mixed it and took a spoonful to taste it. He watched how the spoon she used touched her lips, swallowed a lump on his throat at the sight of it and wished he was just a spoon right then. He wanted the taste for her mouth already but as she was mad he didn't dare try.
