Chapter 133: Putting An End Towards The High-Level Monsters

Since the fire lions and fire lion kings were covered in flames, so whenever they fell into the moat, the water in the moat evaporated due to the flames on their bodies.
I quickly eliminated all of the fire lions and fire lion kings by drowning them inside water spheres that I had conjured using my water magic.
After eliminating all of the fire lions and fire lion kings, all that was left in the stampede were the forest slimes and forest slime kings.
The pit trap that I had prepared wasn't that effective against the forest slime and forest slime king due to their sticky slime.
When a forest slime or a forest slime king fell into the bottom of the pit and came in contact with the sharp earth spikes, they wouldn't be pierced by the earth spikes and only be stuck at the tip of the earth spikes.
Afterward, the forest slime and forest slime king would be able to escape the pit trap by creating sticky webs to propel themselves out of the pit trap.
Therefore, the pit trap was not effective against the forest slime and forest slime king so I had to manually kill the forest slime and forest slime king.
I conjured multiple wooden spikes from the nearby trees using nature magic.
I manipulated the wooden spikes to attack the forest slimes and forest slime kings by thrusting the wooden spikes into their slime bodies while aiming at their cores.
The wooden spikes attack wasn't that much of success due to the sticky slime from the body of the forest slime and forest slime kings that prevented the wooden spikes from thrusting further into their bodies.
Even if I added much more force into the wooden spikes, it wouldn't budge but instead break due to too much pressure applied to the wooden spikes.
I tried another alternative by creating water using my mana and manipulating it into water bullets.
I shot multiple water bullets into the forest slime and forest slime king with twice the speed of a sniper.
The velocity of the water bullets was too fast for the forest slime and forest slime king to notice so it was able to easily penetrate their body.
Some of the water bullets missed hitting the core of the forest slime and forest slime king but most of the water bullets were able to hit and destroy the core.
Only a few of the forest slime and forest slime king were left and none of the high-level monsters were even able to damage the protective array.
"It's time to put an end to this."
I gathered the mana in the surroundings and focused and concentrated the gathered mana into an orb.
I then draw the stored and concentrated power in the mana orb and created a beam of mana.
I aimed the beam of mana towards the remaining forest slimes and forest slime kings which obliterated them in the process.
Since I had destroyed all of the forest slime and forest slime king's bodies, they weren't able to regenerate their body.
Also, the core was destroyed in the process so my plan worked perfectly.
The high-level monster stampede ended earlier than I had thought. It must be because of me being too overpowered.
It must also be because of me meeting many powerful opponents at such an early-round including the fire dragon just after I was reincarnated into this world.
The dragon king was also a bit troublesome back then that I even had to store him inside the system inventory.
The next powerful opponent that I had faced was some supreme demons which were totally out of my league if I had not acquired skills that could improve my stats such as [Mana Stack] and [Berserk].
The archdemons followed after the supreme demons which I had thought wasn't just a simple coincidence.
The archdemons were too powerful but I was able to defeat them with the help of my teammates.
What's suspicious about the attack of the archdemons was the fact that Axel 2 had speculated that Damien Miles was the one who instigated the attack.
Now that I had thought about it, did all of the human heroes including Damien Miles died at the hands of the demons?
I only received intel from the people at the Holy Church that the human heroes including Damien Miles died because of the demons who attacked their carriage which was heading towards the Holy Church.
Maybe the human heroes didn't die but instead had been abducted by the demons or something worse could have happened.

It seemed that Axel 2 was observing my situation for a while considering he replied to me just after I speculated about Damien Miles and the human heroes.

It was much more natural for me to defeat anyone above my level since I had much more intelligence and wisdom stat than the average being in this world and not to mention my large mana pool.
I also had a deep understanding of the elements which I had learned from the periodic table and the theories behind the formation of the elements which was the reason why my magic was much more powerful than the average.
I had read from a book that mentioned that magic spells were boosted in terms of potency and efficacy if the visualization of the magic spell was enacted during the casting process.
It must also be one of the reasons why the Gods had summoned the humans from Earth because humans from Earth knew about the elements surrounding them due to science.
