I thrust the wooden grass sword towards the small crack on the huge armadillo's armored shell.
Even though the huge armadillo was rotating rapidly, I was able to land a hit on the small crack on the huge armadillo's armored shell due to my luck.
As soon as the tip of the wooden grass sword came in contact with the small crack on the huge armadillo's armored shell, the small crack started to became bigger while the wooden grass sword penetrated through the thick armored shell of the huge armadillo.
I thrust further on the armored shell of the huge armadillo using the wooden grass sword which caused the tip of the wooden grass sword to penetrate the skin of the huge armadillo.
The huge armadillo's expression was stoic as it tried to tolerate the pain that I had inflicted on its body.
The huge armadillo tried to roll back to remove the wooden grass sword out of its body but every time that the huge armadillo rolled back by a centimeter, I would counter it by moving a centimeter forward so the huge armadillo couldn't remove the wooden grass sword out of its body.
I used all of my strength to further pierce the wooden grass sword into the huge armadillo's body until all of the lengths of the blade of the wooden grass sword were inside the huge armadillo's body.
The wooden grass sword must have pierced the lungs of the huge armadillo since the huge armadillo showed signs of difficulty in breathing while a liter of blood was coughed out from the huge armadillo's mouth.
I was still holding the hilt of the wooden grass sword so I channeled most of my mana since I remained 1% of my mana in my mana pool.
The mana went into the wooden grass sword and the mana I had channeled was stored in the wooden grass sword which caused the mana inside the wooden grass sword to condense and materialize.
"Burst!"
As I yelled that, I instantly released all of the condensed mana inside the wooden grass sword which also caused the wooden grass sword to explode into fragments due to the wooden grass sword being overloaded with mana.
The condensed that had exploded from the wooden grass sword and the fragments of the wooden grass sword scattered inside the huge armadillo's body.
The explosion caused internal damage to the huge armadillo's body but since the huge armadillo's armored shell was durable, the huge armadillo's armored shell withstood the explosion.
The skin and flesh of the huge armadillo were not that durable compared to the huge armadillo's armored shell so most of the huge armadillo's skin and flesh were obliterated by the explosion I had caused in the huge armadillo's internal body.
At least 60% of the huge armadillo's fleshy body was obliterated while all that remained was the 30% flesh of the huge armadillo near its armored shell and the 10% armored shell that covered the huge armadillo's body.
The huge armadillo's body flopped into the ground as I had confirmed that the huge armadillo was dead.
I had received an abundant amount of experience points from killing both the huge cheetah and the huge armadillo.
Both of the huge cheetah and huge armadillo's experience points increased my level by several thousand so my level was now level 21,638.
My level didn't go up that much due to Distere and me sharing the experience points from the huge cheetah while I only got 60% of the huge armadillo's experience.
The reason why I only got 60% experience points from the huge armadillo must have been because of Axel injuring the huge armadillo so he got at most 30% experience points while Aerin got at most 10% experience points due to me using the wooden grass sword that Aerin had created.
The distribution of the experience points was solely based on the amount of damage an attacker had contributed towards a certain monster so I wasn't that disappointed in not being able to earn most of the experience points.
Without the damage that Axel had previously inflicted on the huge armadillo and the wooden grass sword provided by Aerin, I wouldn't be able to defeat the huge armadillo so I was satisfied by the number of experience points I got from the huge armadillo.
At least, I had obtained most of the experience points from the huge armadillo and huge cheetah compared to what Distere, Aerin, and Axel had obtained from the huge armadillo and huge cheetah's experience points.
I lied on the ground that was filled with tall grass beside Distere while I was currently absorbing mana in the surroundings to recover the mana that I had lost.
I only had 2% of my mana left in my mana pool so I swear to God if another monster was going to attack us, I wouldn't be able to contribute anything.
The only one who could fight was Pedonar, Aileen, Sophie, Aerin, and Satomi.
I couldn't rely on Satomi since his only use was to stall a monster or using him as bait.
Aerin was focused on protecting Axel while waiting for Axel to wake up. On the other hand, Pedonar, Aileen, and Sophie had used up some of their mana in attacking the level 77,000 great forest spirit.
At this rate, Pedonar, Aileen, and Sophie might consume most of their mana to be able to defeat the level 77,000 great forest spirit.
The reason why Distere and I were able to defeat the huge cheetah was that the huge cheetah was lower in terms of level compared to the level 77,000 great forest spirit.
Even if Distere and I were at our peak conditions and the two of us teamed up against the level 77,000 great forest spirit, Distere and I would still not be enough to be able to defeat the level 77,000 great forest spirit.
Distere and I weren't that compatible in terms of element towards the level 77,000 great forest spirit since Distere and I had a physical attack as our forte.
A non-physical attack opponent with physical immunity such as the level 77,000 great forest spirit was a bad matched up with Distere and me so I couldn't see any possibility that Distere and I would be able to defeat the level 77,000 great forest spirit.
I got up from the grass ground and sat on the ground while being in a meditative position.
By using [Mana Sense], I was able to see the flow of mana and so I used the remaining mana inside my body to devour the mana in the surroundings.
I then directed the mana I had absorbed from the surroundings into my mana veins until it reached my mana pool.
Repeating the mana absorption process several times allowed me to kept on receiving mana from the surroundings.
For every second that had passed by, I recovered 0.1% mana of the total mana inside my mana pool so I had at least 3.4% of my mana right now.
I concentrated on absorbing the mana in the surroundings so that I would be able to be at my peak condition.
Therefore, I would be able to help Pedonar and the others in defeating the level 77,000 great forest spirit and if not the level 77,000 great forest spirit, then the other high-level monsters since there might still be lurking within the forest so it's best to have one of the members of our group to be at his peak condition.
Since I now had 4% mana in my mana pool, it would take me at least 960 seconds to fill up my entire mana pool.
Technically, I don't need to be at full mana storage. I only needed 50% of my mana since I would only be using my mana to enchant my condensed mana swords with the attribute suited for defeating the high-level monsters.
I closed my eyes to free myself of worldly distractions which further increased my mana absorption speed from the surroundings by two-fold.
Currently, I only needed to wait for 480 seconds instead of 960 seconds since my recovery speed was doubled.
And if I wanted to only refill my mana pool with only 50% of my mana, then I would only need to wait for 240 seconds so that my mana pool would reach 50% full.
I felt kinda bored of only seeing black color in my vision since I closed my eyes. I had remembered that I only saw the color black when I was hit on the head when I was walking on the street to claim my Nobel Prize by some random assassin or kidnapper.
After that, I was brought into the laboratory where I was tortured and that's how I died. I still vividly remember all of the memories I had from that moment.
Fortunately, Axel only remembered that he had slipped from a banana peel which was the worst and hilarious imaginary death cause the God Of Worldly Systems had fabricated in Axel's memories.
Eventually, Axel will remember me and how he died after he leveled up his system to at least level 4.
