The arms which had been dashed were now reattached and had been strengthened to bash. The cause of him looking mean? Well, that was because his two arms were now green!
“They feels just fine…” Shiki spoke, daring Indigo to make a joke.
But the genius doctor did not care, or either, he was unaware: “Yeah! It’s really unbe-LEAF-able how well you’ve adapted to the SIQ! I’m really almost GREEN with envy!”

Turning his head with a sneer, Indigos end was almost near. Until a sudden snap had them both look back.
Coming through the door was a man in an uproar ‘Captain Shiki’ he stuttered, now looking fluttered, ‘We’ve found the villain, his commission, and even exact position! It’s all here for your final decision!”
Handed a stack of papers, Shiki looked to see who he’d be sending to their makers but was chagrined when the news came in!
It was a young Marine, a ‘Sheriff’ or so they claimed, and it was at Shiki’s expense that he gained fame.
Four Monarchs were dead but now they had their principle, naturally hate was unconditional and visceral.
‘What’s this?’ Shiki thought as he read further, ready to murder. The story which seemed simple turned into quite a pickle.
‘They first come into my home…’ He thought with a huff: ‘Steal my things and break all my stuff?!’ Outraged by the revelation, Shiki couldn’t just sit and grit his teeth in response to the situation.
‘Then what to do? When my Armada will be done I haven’t a clue!’
‘Recruitment has slowed down, and I can’t rely on the clown. Still, evolution is key or so it seems to me. If the world if strong then how can it be wrong?!’
“We’ve been going about this wrong from the beginning” he said and started grinning: “Waiting for crews to come to us? Well, that’s too passive if we’re going to become massive!”

“50 new Divisions means nothing, only 500 or 5000 would be something! Who cares if they are weak, they will either evolve or die as we seek!”
“But what about the East Blue?” Dr. Indigo asked on cue.

But first…” Shiki said with a sneer: “get your tails in gear! Every ship we steer near will either sail with us or Davy Jones with no fear!”
With his two huge green arms bulging, Shiki began to change, his aura started to turn strange, and body rearrange.
Looking at the Captain in fear, the man didn’t dare go near, but Indigo shouted with a cheer: “Marvelous! Marvelous!”

Whether by the SIQ or something darker, two laughing voices beyond the pale laughed all the sharper.
Yellowish green power filled Shiki’s body, tearing off his robes, he still didn’t look shoddy.
Squirming vines wormed underneath, and in but an instant his new form was complete! With the sound of two ‘dings’ his swords hit the ground, and in their place new legs were found!
Looking down at himself, Shiki didn’t care.
And for those laughing voices? he was totally unaware.
Inhaling deeply his new body began to settle, hyper masculinity tinged in green showed its metal.
Every inch of his body had been reborn, and now the look on his face was one of permanent scorn.
Speaking with a mouth full of lion’s teeth, Shiki spoke with undisguised fury underneath: “First we’ll take out the thorns in our paw. Starting with that Marine who cut off my arms, we’ll then kill’em all!”
Thinking of the battles that would ensue, Shiki’s amusement grew.
Then with a scornful laugh the island began to shake, the man who had brough Shiki the news couldn’t help but quake! He made a mistake! Did that mean it was it all too late?
Sensing the man’s fear, Shiki’s next move was clear.
Disgusted by the weakness, Shiki’s response was one of meanness. Hammering down on the poor fellow’s head so hard that even his legs exploded! And he was instantly dead.

Dr. Indigo cried; this was his vision applied!
Starting to say that he needed a sample, Shiki’s answer was ample: “You’ll have all the samples you’ll need, but only you agree!”
Grabbing a SIQ serum off the lab’s counter, the fact it was covered in gore did not matter.
Then in one quick motion, Shiki stabbed Indigo with the potion. Finally, the clown’s laughter died down; replaced with a frown.
Painfully shaking off the rust, Indigo only seemed fine when he was ready to step out of the crust. A wide hook-shaped grin appeared on his face, and jagged teeth and syringe fingernails showed their place.
“Marvelous, marvelous!” the new Indigo rambled, now thinking everything in the world was untrammeled. So many thoughts he had never considered! So many new thoughts, he really was bewildered!
Snapping out of his revelry, his shoulder was pressed on heavily, looking at the cause of this interruption, Indigo found that Shiki was close to eruption.
Immediately stepping back, briefly considering an attack. The scientist looked at his Captain and wondered what would happen.
“Now let’s go!” Shiki eyes narrowed, then abruptly bellowed: “I said 20 years ago that would show ‘them’ hell on earth. They claim to be the world, and so and declared war on the world!”
Now I’m done waiting, its time, it’s time for WAAAGH!”
Caught up in an intense yellowish green aura, Shiki slurred his words and willed the floating islands forward.
First aiming to kill or absorb every crew in his path, Shiki would first aim his rath at a them.
But his true conquest would begin, on the small island of New Haven.

With more than half of the Departments core Marines away from the island, orders from Marineford to report to the execution of Portgas D. Ace, and the evident nearing of Merveille to New Haven, how will Bill handle this unprecedented disaster?!
