Walking back to his shop, Xin see two young girls already waiting in front of the shop.
It was Nami and Nojiko, the two of them come to the shop to learn how to cook and earn some money by working as an employee of the shop.

She even counts the payment of the customer three times before giving them an official receipt.

Nojiko smile and said," We don't have any work in our farm today so we come early"
Nami nod," We have already done harvesting all ripe tangerine yesterday so we only need to wait for fo the remaining to ripe before we harvest again"
Xin nod," Okay let's enter we will open the shop after eating breakfast"
Nami and Nojiko nodded, they know that Xin always eats breakfast with everyone while the two of them have the privilege to eat with them too.
When Xin comes home, he see that all the girls are already awake while Chaos and Koala are still sleepy while eating the breakfast that he made before coming out.
After eating their breakfast, Xin takes Nami back to the kitchen while the other girls start to prepare in opening the store.

Inside of the kitchen Xin prepare ingredient in making simple bread, he said," You are going to make bread this time"
"You don't need to add any flavoring or anything in the bread, you just need to make a simple read for me"
Nami nod and take the apron and hairnet to start baking.
She takes a large bowl and places flour, salt, and yeast inside, then she mixes it together.
After that, she creates a well in the center of the ingredient, and add oil and water then she mixes it well.
She checks the dough if it was a little stiff, but seeing that it's already fine she did not add any more water.
She grabbed a handful of flour and lightly floured the kitchen table, then placed the dough into it and started to knead it.
After she finished kneading the dough, Nami got a clean bowl and lightly oiled it, she placed the dough inside of it to rest. She leaves it for 1 hour until the size doubles.
Nami smiles and asks," Is my procedure perfect?"
Xin nod," Yes all the procedure is done perfectly, we only need to wait for the dough to expand to start baking"
Nami smiled brightly," Great! This time I will make you eat delicious bread that I will make!"
Xin smirk at her and said," I hope you don't present a black bread like last time, that bread can even use as a brick in making a house"
Nami embarrassedly said," Well … i just forgot that one in the oven so the bread burned"
Xin pat her head and said," I hope you will not serve me like that again"
Nami shyly nodded, and then noticed that Xin's hands were full of flour. She angry pinch Xin's cheek and said," You did not wash your hand again, you even pat my head! Yo usee my head is full of flour now!"
Xin fell sorry at her," Sorry i will wash now, and you wait here i will back after hour"
He then washed his hand and went to the counter to see if they already had customers, and just like every day store hour the whole shop is full of people who want to buy their product.
After an hour of hard battle with the customer, Xin went back to the kitchen to supervise Nami.
An hour later the dough already expands double, Nami knock back the dough, then gently mold it into a ball. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment to prove for a further hour until doubled in size.
She dust the loaf with flour and cut a cross, about 6cm wide, into the top of the loaf. When Xin is about to ask if she already preheated the oven.
Xin saw that she already did it, she preheated the oven to 220˚C/ and placed it inside to bake for 20 mins.
Nmai sat beside Xin while gazing at the bread she made inside the oven.
She suddenly asked," Are you permanently living here?"
Xin stare at her and said," No, I'm going home before end of the year"
Nami stared at Xin's face and said," Big sis Stella and the other girls are not really your bodyguard and maid, of yours right?
Xin said," No they are not my bodyguard and maid, but they are all my family member"
Nami stares at her and asks," Only family members?"
