I ran as fast as possible jumping straight towards the Queen before Violet’s tiny body fell into her open jaws. The spear swiftly reached her eye, piercing it mercilessly! Blood splattered over my entire body, as the gigantic beast began to convulse and scream in utter agony.

I stood over her head, pointing my spear, whose durability was already about to hit zero, and so my armor and shield by taking so many blows. If I hadn’t crafted these things, I might have already been squished like a bug.

I pierced the queen’s head and reached her brain, crushing it with my spear as more of her green oozy blood splattered all over my body.

The last guttural scream of the Queen echoed around the cave, as silence finally took over. I felt relieved, but at the same time, completely exhausted. It was a miracle I was standing already. Adrenaline had yet to leave my bloodstream, making me feel slightly euphoric.
