Catherine kept panting because of the intense kissing. The waiter came in to serve and bumped into their kissing. They hurried to finish and left the room.

Catherine banged on Sean's c.h.e.s.t, "It's your fault that I look like a fool in front of them."

"All you need to care about is me."

Catherine glanced at him, "Why are you sweet-talking?"

"Don't you like it?"

"Not really."

"I take that as a yes."

"I'm not used to it."

Sean couldn't let her go. He missed her so much and yearned for her for so long that he couldn't help chaining her.

"What am I like?"

"The truth?"

"Anything but."

Catherine smiled, "Mr. Blair is a man who rarely reveals his true feelings. He's as cold as his icy looks. Not many would dare to approach him. And he doesn't talk much, unlike in the class when he kept talking."

Although Sean kept the indifferent look on the stage, he looked different. Catherine thought of him as a gentle and well-informed erudite.

"Do you like it?"

"Tell me." Sean wouldn't quit until Catherine answered.

Catherine hurried to give him the glass of water, saying, "Drink it for the sake of your throat. You must have been saying more in the class than you do in one day."

Sean didn't feel like he talked so little. Actually, he said a lot to her.

"Hey, are you gonna teach the whole semester? How many classes in one week?"

"Two."

"I think there will be a huge crowd."

Sean held her hands, saying, "My class is valuable."

"I know. And unlike other classes, they paid attention."

"How about you?"

Catherine smiled, "Me? I'm not gonna worry about being flunked. Professor Blair will cut me some slack, won't he?"

Sean held back the urge to laugh and said, "That depends."

Catherine took it as she had to please Sean to pass the class. She could do that, but it felt wrong.

"I know you'll go easy on me, right, honey?"

Sean said, "You really know how to make the most of the moment."

"Well, you're my husband as well as my professor."

"Naughty girl."

"You haven't told you how you become a professor."

Catherine knew it wasn't hard to get the title since he was brilliant. But he had to squeeze time to teach her calculus. That made Catherine feel...

"Are you doing it for me?"

"You overthink."

"Or why do you pick my class?"

The more Catherine thought about it, the more probable it was.

Sean c.a.r.e.s.sed her pink cheek and said, "If I'm not here to watch you, I have to clean up your mess."

So Sean did come here for her. Catherine thought. It wasn't supervision. Sean must be certain eloping never crossed her mind again since Marco was sent to god-knows-where. So it wasn't necessary to keep a leash on her. Then it must be that he was worried. But on second thoughts, Sean ordered the attack on Taylor Inwood. Pearl would stay clear in a short time.

"I wouldn't make any mess," said Catherine.

"Haven't you made enough?" asked Sean?

"I always behave. But they have to offend me."

"So it's not your fault?"

Catherine glared at Sean, "It all comes down to you. Pearl is jealous you're with me. She can't do anything to you, so she changes the target. It's your fault!"

Sean gently pinched her jaw, saying, "Catherine, you are getting bolder."

Catherine looked away, "I'm hungry."

Sean let her go. He wouldn't want her to have an empty stomach.

Ever since Sean knew about her childhood, he grew overwhelmingly passionate about her, which got out of hand. He met her last weekend. But he couldn't stop thinking about her since the moment she left home.

So, Sean came up with the solution to see her on campus in public.

Andrew couldn't be more surprised when he knew.

It was a bit insane. But he lost sanity at the sight of Catherine.

After lunch, Sean drove Catherine back to the campus. They decided to keep their relationship under the rag, or it would cause ripples around the campus, staining her reputation. Sean had to swallow his pride and see Catherine secretly.

Brad soon heard about Sophia went to Kings College. He couldn't stop talking about lecturing there too.

Sean said, "You're not qualified, don't you know?"

"I must be with my brilliance."

"Okay. Sophia went to law school. You can apply for the lecturing job there."

Brad didn't respond. He could handle lecturing all majors other than law. The thought of going through all the laws made him dizzy.

If Brad where to start lecturing, he would probably freeze, incapable of saying anything.

What Sean said was harshly true.

"But I can teach her other courses. Like calculus. If you can, I can too."

"Whatever."

"Sean, do you have to spend all the time with Catherine?"

"F.u.c.k off!"

"I'm kidding. I'll do some digging on Sophia's courses."

Sean wouldn't believe that Brad was capable of being a teacher. After all, he has lived a carefree and casual life. He didn't have the dignity and stability required of a teacher. Besides, Brad hated school. He almost flunked every subject back at school.

Catherine had calculus every Tuesday and Friday. At the moment, she just arrived at the classroom with her friends and was surprised by the crowd.

"What's going on?" asked Catherine.

"I think they're here for Professor Blair."

Ethel patted Catherine's shoulder, "Sis, you have my sympathy."

Catherine glared at Ethel as her response.

"Your boyfriend is very popular. I guess you have a lot of love rivalries."

"It's a bit dramatic."

"Who spreads the news?"

Ethel rolled her eyes, saying, "Professor Blair is the most popular lecturer on campus. It takes little intelligence to find out what course he teaches. And our course schedule is available online."

"Let's come in," said Catherine.

They elbowed their way into the classroom, only to find there were no seats available.

Ethel held both hands around her waist, saying, "How could they? This is our class. That's outrageous."
