"So, did Astra lay a hand on you? You can be honest with us. We'll protect you from the beast sitting beside you," Nell says with complete seriousness.

"Tch, whatever," Astra mutters under her breath.

"N-no. She didn't do anything…." She mutters before glancing at Astra, who smiled warmly.

And unexpectedly… She blushed…

Everybody was speechless as Astra wrapped her arm around her shoulders and brought her in close.

"No way," I muttered.

"Yes, way," Astra responded before kissing Sophia on the top of the head, making her blush profusely.

"This is kinda weird, isn't it," Mia mutters, ruining the light and almost fantasy land-like mood.

Everybody glares at her, but she just continues with her comment.

"I mean, aren't we all related by blood? We are blood kin, right? So doesn't that make us sisters… and we're sisters… So isn't the relationship I have with Lucy... ɨnċėst?"

Yep, she completely ruined the mood.

Shattered.

Crumbled.

And then blown away by a strong breeze.

"Mia, you have to learn to shut up sometimes," I muttered.

"But am I wrong?"

"Yes. Yes, you are very wrong," I respond.

"Huh? How?"

"*sigh*... We are blood kin in name… but we aren't actually related by blood. If we were, I'm pretty sure we'd have the same evolutions… The ones who were already related to each other of course had evolutions similar to them, but I don't see any of them dating,"

"Ah… you're right. Sorry about that, please continue,"

But the mood was ruined far beyond repair.

"Hey, want to grind some more Underwatch?" Amanda asks as we quickly leave the establishment.

Electra stayed behind to clean up the leftovers… like a vacuum… Which was kinda weird but I guess if she was that hungry she could eat all she wanted.

"Sure. I have nothing else to do," I responded before we made our way towards the gaming cafe.

…

"Fuck!" I shouted as I had lost another game.

"Want me to carry you?" She asks.

"No, I must push to silver on my own,"

"What… Are you that bad?"

"N-No, I just choose to stay so low," I responded, and Amanda smirked.

But all of a sudden, the building we were in rumbled.

"Did you feel that?" Amanda asked me, and I just nodded once before jumping back.

A blast of bloodlust came from above, and once I had dodged the attack, I saw a few ȧssassins cloaked in black robes rushing towards me.

SHING

They were skewered in an instant.

Amanda had summoned a sword of hot molten lava that blasted a massive hole through the ċhėst of each ȧssassin.

Each corpse flopped to the ground... silently.

"You were pretty good bait," Amanda smirked, causing me to roll my eyes.

"E-excuse me, but who were those people?" The owner of the gaming cafe runs up to us upon seeing all the ȧssassins dead.

"Nobody. Just get the government to fix this up. The insurance should cover it… you have rouge insurance, right?"

"O-Of course," He stutters before running off.

A massive hole was through the middle of the building, and as the attack blew away our PC's we decided just to leave.

Plus, they killed the mood.

"Those guys were weak… Probably from that organization, right?"

"Probably," I respond as we casually walk out of the building, only to be stopped by government officials who tried to arrest us.

They all pointed their swords and bows towards our neck, but we just pulled out our digital license and showed it to them.

"Everyone! Stand down!" A woman who I ȧssumed to be the commander says.

"Thanks," We both say, but before we could leave, she stopped us.

"I would like to apologize for the inconvenience of you having to take care of such flies on a break, but will you inform us of what happened?"

We both looked at each other before shrugging our shoulders.

"Will we be compensated at least?"

"U-Ummmm… I'll try to ask my boss if I can grant you a reward. But I hope you don't expect something big. Maybe just monetary compensation,"

"That's fine," I respond before we were once again dragged into a limo where we were driven off to a large building.

It wasn't a police station but what seemed to be a guild building.

"Hey… Where the hell are you taking us?" Amanda asks upon seeing the guild symbol.

"Oh, do you not know?"

"Know what?"

"That this section of the country is monitored by the Green Shield guild,"

"Oh, I've heard of them," I say.

"Who are they?" Amanda questioned as she had no idea what was going on.

"Well, what she just said, and they are basically a worldwide guild which offers protection from dungeon breaks and other rouge criminals in the city they are stationed in,"

"That's pretty handy…."

Soon, we left the limousine and entered the massive building, which looked like a typical office from the inside.

A desk with a receptionist to greet us and to check-in, then an elevator which took us to the fifth floor where we were greeted by tons of guards.

My eyes roamed the place, collecting as much information as possible just in case I could use them or do something with them later on… maybe, destroy, maybe manipulate… who knows?

"Boss, there was another attack, and I have come with some young S-rank dungeon runners that took care of them with ease,"

We entered a large door that revealed a massive room with the wall perpendicular to us, being a large pane of glass.

The chair twirls around like something out of a movie, revealing the man's face which was covered with a completely pitch black mask.

There were no holes for eyes.

No holes to breathe through his nose or mouth… It was weird.

"*sigh*... Such a pain," The man mutters before gesturing for us to come over.

As we walked down the massive room, I eyed the place, searching for anything potentially dangerous.

Amanda was doing the same as well, but it looked as if we were admiring the perfect architecture from an outsider's perspective.

"Come, sit down," He says, and two white stools appear on the opposite side of the desk, but what was weird was that they appeared out of thin air.

"Uhhhhhh… We got school tomorrow… So can we like… Talk about this some other time," Amanda says.

"No can do. Plus… It seems you girls don't really care about school," The man says, and we could both feel his eyes crawling up and down our bodies.

"Look, all we did was take care of a few ȧssassins who came through a massive hole in the roof. The explosion didn't make any noise, so I was a bit surprised upon, but that's all the information we know," I inform the man before walking away.

I don't want to be in a hornet's nest much longer...

"Thank you!" He replies gleefully before we make our way back to campus.

He didn't even try to stop us…
