Chapter 4.22 – Don’t Tell Me You Can’t… (2)

“W-Wait…” Xiang Han cried out as he became stunned by this sudden turn of events.

“We can’t wait,” Shen Ze said, his expression gloomy. If he waited any longer, his wife would fall into someone else’s bowl and be eaten up.

Xiang Han panicked and held onto his collar in panic.

“Let go,” Shen Ze gnashed his teeth.

“No way!” Xiang Han refused.

Therefore, Shen Ze changed his mind and targeted his pants instead.

Xiang Han grew even more frantic, protecting his lower half at the same time. Looking at Shen Ze’s urgent movements, he clearly didn’t have any experience at all. In the event that he succeeded in getting what he wanted, wouldn’t he die a miserable death? No, this wasn’t the point!

“Brother, you said you would give me time to consider this,” He carefully reminded him.

Shen Ze paused for a moment before growing even angrier, “I’ve already given you nearly two years.”

“Didn’t you… say there wasn’t any rush?” Xiang Han was desperately grasping at straws. However, after seeing Shen Ze’s leg that was still in a cast, he couldn’t help but let out a death-seeking sentence, “Moreover, you’re in this state, don’t force yourself.”

The veins on Shen Ze’s forehead throbbed. Gnashing his teeth, he spoke each word slowly, “Don’t worry, I’m not forcing myself.”

Saying so, he grabbed Xiang Han’s fingers which were tightly holding onto his pants and peeled them away. Xiang Han was growing anxious, “But I am. Let me tell you, d-don’t force me. If I kick you, you might get seriously injured.”

Shen Ze snorted lightly, not taking his threat seriously at all. Instead, his actions were becoming even faster.

Xiang Han finally closed his eyes and steeled his heart. “Brother, don’t tell me you can’t do it.”

Shen Ze, “…”

Actually, he had been carefully observing Xiang Han’s reaction all this while and was on guard against a potential kick. However, he never expected…

Feeling the heat in a certain part dying down, Shen Ze’s face became as dark as the bottom of a pot. He glared murderously at Xiang Han, loving and hating him at the same time. In the end, he was so furious, he couldn’t even say anything.

Xiang Han waited for a long time but hearing no sound, he silently opened one eye to peek and quickly shut it once more when he saw Shen Ze’s face cramp.

Shen Ze laughed coldly, “Hehe.” He suddenly leaned forward, increased his force and grabbed Xiang Han’s chin. “Open your eyes.”

Xiang Han didn’t need to be told twice. He chuckled dryly, “That…if there’s nothing else, can I leave now?”

“It’s your fault this happened, shouldn’t you take responsibility?” Shen Ze was somewhat defeated.

“Didn’t I… warn you earlier?” Xiang Han said meekly and added after a moment, “Moreover, how can I take responsibility if it’s already like that?”

Saying this, he glanced down at Shen Ze’s lower body ambiguously.

Shen Ze hurriedly turned over and found a better position before he continued asking, “How long will this last?”

“Uh… I don’t know…”

“You don’t know? Yet, you still dare to recklessly spout such words?” Shen Ze was about to be driven to madness. Seeing Xiang Han attempting to slip out of bed, he pulled him back and gnashed his teeth, “If I don’t get better, you…”

Xiang Han also felt guilty after hearing this and suggested, “Why don’t you wait a few days and rub it a few times to see how it goes?”

“You must take responsibility,” Shen Ze emphasised, his expression ugly.

Xiang Han reassured him, “Don’t worry, even if you really can’t use it, there’s still medicine and prosthetics…” He was very experienced.

Meanwhile, Shen Ze’s face kept growing darker by the second. Before he could say anything else, Zhu Jing Yi suddenly knocked on the door, “Ah Ze, did Little Han come back with you? I brought supper. Come down. Let’s eat together.”

Xiang Han was like a person who had been suddenly granted amnesty. He rolled off the bed and stood up to rearrange his clothes, “Then, I’ll go out first. Don’t worry too much. As long as you keep an open mind, you’ll be fine. You’ll definitely be fine…”

Throughout the entire meal, Shen Ze’s face was black and he didn’t even have an appetite. After quickly washing up, he went to sleep.

That night, his dream must have been a fascinating one because when he woke up, he felt a certain part swelling and immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

Although this matter was quickly resolved, it left behind a psychological shadow in Shen Ze’s heart. In the afternoon, there was nothing to do. So, he hid in his room and posted a question, “How to keep the person you like quiet when doing it? Waiting online, urgent!”

1st floor: Keep quiet? What’s wrong with some noise? Oh Oh… Mmm ah… Sugoi, yamete1~

2nd floor: OP, think about it from another perspective. How unbearable is it, having to hold back?

Shen Ze added gloomily, “To be more accurate, it’s not to keep quiet, but to not say anything.”

4th floor: Oh~

5th floor: So, it’s a tsundere! Try this link, you’re welcome~

6th floor: Upstairs… I’m speechless.

7th floor: Is this an ad?

21st floor: Thanks a lot, the person on the 5th floor~

Shen Ze was somewhat curious. After clicking on the link, he was quickly redirected to a certain product that instantly opened a whole new door for him.

This… gag? Want! Red ropes? Not bad! Cat tail? Very cute… Everything was added to his cart.

That night, when they were having dinner, Xiang Han abruptly felt a chill the moment he saw Shen Ze and trembled. Recalling the matter from last night, he hurriedly escaped.

Shen Ze glanced at him with an ambiguous gaze and simply took his seat at the dining table. Picking up his chopsticks, he silently thought: I’ll let you off for now. Wait till we’re in university, and we have a house… Hehe!

Before school started, Shen Ze went to visit Gu Hai Sheng and Xiang Han also came along. This person was sentenced to eight years in jail, two less than what he had received in the original plot.

However, in the original plot, he only stayed in jail for 6 years after his sentence was reviewed twice and shortened on account of good behaviour and community service. According to the lethality of the plot’s armour, this was already not bad.

When they left, both of them coincidentally met Lin Rui Qing who had come to settle some work. Remembering the matter last time, Xiang Han instinctively hid behind Shen Ze.

Lin Rui Qing could guess the purpose of their visit and raised an eyebrow, ridiculing, “A thug coming to visit his boss?”

“You’re joking,” Shen Ze laughed but his eyes weren’t smiling.

Lin Rui Qing gave them a look over before suddenly turning towards Xiang Han, “Little Han, look after your brother in the future. You must definitely not allow him to… cross the line.”

Xiang Han was confused. Waiting for him to leave, he turned to look at Shen Ze, “What did he mean?”

“Nothing.” The corners of his lips turned up. That year, he often used his knife when following Gu Hai Sheng and many people knew him. Thankfully, Gu Hai Sheng had helped him wash himself clean.

Lin Rui Qing must have noticed something after seeing that knife but didn’t say anything. It could be considered as his way of protecting him.

Shen Ze silently thanked him in his heart and then brought Xiang Han to leave.

The university wasn’t too far from the capital. Shen Zheng Duo drove them both to school and arrived in the city before their term began to rent an apartment nearby. After looking around the place once, they headed for the school.

When Shen Zheng Duo finally left them, Shen Ze threw himself on the bed and let out a heavy breath of relief before taking out his phone to check-out the cartful of ‘treasures’ he’d been hiding for so long.

However, before his plan could succeed, the counselor informed them that everyone was required to live in school during military training2.

Shen Ze didn’t need to participate since his injury was yet to fully recover, but Xiang Han did.

Shen Ze had just footed the bill when he received this notice and immediately became depressed. Ever since he fell for Xiang Han, it seemed like nothing was going right for him. Could it be his karma for ignoring Xiang Han’s feelings that year?

The new recruits needed to stay till the end of September. Meanwhile, the parcel had already arrived but Xiang Han wasn’t around. Shen Ze’s heart was in excruciating turmoil. During the day, he would go watch Xiang Han train and when night came, he would begin all sorts of research.

Finally, it was October. Shen Ze silently thought, Shen Han’s birthday is on the 6th so he might as well wait a few more days.

However, when he recalled his previous failure, he grew uneasy once more. Although he wasn’t superstitious, for the sake of achieving psychological comfort, he still dragged Xiang Han with him to the temple to pray at both the Taoist and Buddhist temples.

Xiang Han became speechless and couldn’t help asking, “Praying like that, what if both of them think you aren’t sincere?”

“It doesn’t matter as long as I feel better.”

Shen Ze didn’t mind. On the 6th, he personally cooked up a feast.

Xiang Han felt extremely touched, praising him throughout the meal, “Elder brother, your skills are getting better.”

Shen Ze popped open a bottle of wine with a slight smile and asked, “Today’s your birthday. Let’s drink a little bit?”

Xiang Han had never held any interest in alcohol but on account of the table full of delicious food, he didn’t want to disappoint Shen Ze’s goodwill. Therefore, he nodded, “Okay.”

Shen Ze poured out a glass for him and poured only a half glass for himself with the excuse that his injuries had not recovered yet and therefore, couldn’t drink too much. Every time, he would only take a sip while continuing to pour a few glasses for Xiang Han.

After eating, Shen Ze dragged his lame leg to put away the dishes. Xiang Han wanted to help him but was rejected. “Today is your birthday. You should rest.”

“Brother, you’re really commendable today.” Xiang Han couldn’t help saying.

The corners of Shen Ze’s lips curled up as he threw the dishes into the sink and hobbled out. Leaning against the sofa, he asked, “Then, do you like it?”

He must have drank too much earlier for Xiang Han was now seeing doubles and his vision was getting hazy, as if he hadn’t heard anything.

Shen Ze came even closer, his low voice carrying a hint of seduction, “Do you like it?”

“I like…” Xiang Han slurred.

Shen Ze was finally satisfied. After luring him back into his room, he slowly began to unbutton Xiang Han’s shirt.

The body beneath the clothes was extremely tempting: smooth lines and firm skin. The tan line he’d received during the military training was a clear contrast against his pale skin.

Shen Ze’s breathing grew heavy and instinctively reached out to touch him.

Xiang Han couldn’t help but shiver, probably from the cold, and Shen Ze quickly retracted his hands to increase the temperature in the room.

After a moment of silence, he suddenly took out some red ropes and gently wrapped it around the milky-white body, binding Xiang Han in an extremely seductive position.

Xiang Han finally opened his eyes to look at Shen Ze, his gaze carrying confusion. He tried to move, and then froze.

He finally seemed to notice something wrong and instantly sobered up. By the time he saw the red ropes wound around his body, he had already broken out in a cold sweat and began to struggle as he asked, “S-Shen Ze, what are you doing? Release me.”

The thought of making love never crossed his mind. Although he had read countless novels and mangas, he’d never read this sort of explicit book.

Struggling for a long time, not only did the red ropes not loosen, they grew even tighter. Shen Ze’s gaze was also growing increasingly ‘strange’, carrying an indescribable emotion.

Xiang Han finally gave up on struggling, begging his system for help as he tearfully attempted to play the emotional card, “Brother, all these years, I’ve never done anything to let you down. Must you be so heartless as to kill me? Moreover, murder is illegal…sob…”

The system was in an extremely difficult predicament. In such a situation, how should it continue? Why not wait and see?

Shen Ze’s face became dark. He coughed lightly and caressed his face, asking, “What are you thinking about? This is just a type of kink play, what does it have to do with murder?”

“If you’re really itching to cut something, there’s potatoes and radishes in the fridge…ah? You… don’t want to cut me up?” Xiang Han finally came back to his senses.

Shen Ze scratched his head then pressed his forehead against Xiang Han, speaking in a soft voice, “I like you so much, how could I bear to…”

Before he even finished his sentence, his words were drowned out by muffled cries.
