His power level was unknown and couldn't be detected by anyone. Blizzard opened his mouth and charged up a plasamatic beam in his mouth. Once he used a stage, his powers grew stronger. He not only could use ice but now had plasma as an advantage. He fired the plasma beam at the ground and the cliff was destroyed. The entire ground began shattering like glass.
