All the three of them excitedly walked into a restaurant in the airport serving various cuisines of the world.

Jayne ordered a Chinese combo for herself which had noodles, a soup and some rice. The General took a Indian meal for himself which included rotis, a side gravy dish with a paneer starter followed by curds. And finally, Ronnie bought himself an Italian combo consisting of a portion of pizza, pasta and some garlic bread.

They wrapped up their meal with desserts. Jayne ordered an ice cream for herself.

Finally the General said, "Sir I'll get going. I've things to attend to back at the city. All the best to you two. Have a safe flight! Let me know after you've reached sir."

"Thanks again General." Both Jayne and Ronnie thanked the General and walked to the waiting lounge area while the General walked out of the airport.

Soon it was time for them to board the flight. They got in. Since the entire business class was booked for them, they had lots of space to themselves. Since both were tired each of them took a bed and slept.

Ronnie recollected the entire journey while he lay there on the bed and thought inwardly, 'Indeed what a journey!'

Jayne was in a daze. She had no control over what was happening in her life presently. She fell asleep thinking of it when she dreamt of the grandma comforting her, 'My dear child, don't worry. It's a new beginning. Leave behind everything of your past.'

Jayne was so tired to remember what the grandma had said. She slept soundly after that.

Meanwhile on the other side, Virat who had finished touring all the flood affected districts had just then arrived at the capital city. He looked at the sky and saw that it was the mild winter afternoon rays making him feel better in the cold weather.

He directly went to the Army office where all the records of the flood affected people were present. He then went inside the room and spoke to the officer. "Sir, Hello I'm Virat. I'd already visited you a month ago. My fiance is missing. I'd already registered a complaint. Can you please check if there is any progress?"

The officer nodded and said, "What's her name?"

"Maya," said Virat.

The officer then opened to the section containing records starting with the alphabet "M." He mumbled to himself, 'M....mmm....Maya!' "Found your record mister. Her photograph has already been pinned to the notice board but there are no enquires or details about her yet.

Virat felt dejected on hearing the officer's words. He just said, "Oh?" his face turned grim. He didn't probe anything further. He just thanked the officer and got up to leave.

Before leaving he walked up to the notice board where the photos of 'Missing' persons was pinned. He gazed at her photo and felt his hands caress over it. He couldn't hold any longer. He hurriedly walked out.

After he came out, he drew in a long breath and gave out a bitter laugh. He felt so dejected. In spite of searching her everywhere for so long, he didn't find her anywhere. Helplessly he looked heavenward with tears filled in his eyes.

At the same time, he saw a flight making it's way through the clouds. It was the same flight on which Ronnie and Maya had left.

He finally spoke with a heavy heart, 'Where are you Maya? Please show yourself to me. I can't stay a minute longer without you. My heart is telling that you are here somewhere. But where are you?" He was fighting back his tears.

He continued, 'Come soon wherever you are. A few months down the line, even we both will be happily married and boarding on a flight to London like this,' he pointed his fingers at the flight.
