The trees that surrounded them had little to no leaves, and the little leaves that some of the trees did have were dry and wilted. The grass they stood on was just as dry, so dry that they were browning.
She looked up and based on how dark the sky was, it appeared to be nighttime, although when they were still at the school it was still morning. The atmosphere was incredibly thick and gloomy. Ivery oddly had the strange feeling that she was being watched by several eyes, but she couldn't tell who...or what was watching her..
Luther's group of 20 class A students stepped out of the portal and not long after they did, the other MVP's and their groups also came through the portal.
"Let's go." Luther said to his group as he walked forward into the dead forest
The students nodded and fearfully followed him. Only Ivery walked beside him, the other students walked a small distance behind him, not daring to rush up or walk next to someone of his caliber.
The class A students didn't really recognize Ivery since it was a whole new semester and some of them were just promoted to class A, and they wondered why Ivery walked so closely to Luther and who she was and why she was wearing an MVP uniform, when they didn't announce that the MVP's would be adding a new member.
Ivery never attended many cross country public events for anyone to remember her face outside of her own country and Fresia. Her recent deeds have indeed spread to other countries, but many of those countries and their people have never seen the face of the Lilith kingdom's crown princess.
Since all of the students in Crescent Academy come from different countries, not everyone is know well. You'd have to be as infamous as crown prince Luther to get other people to notice who you were as soon as they saw you. His name is known throughout numerous countries, but his country is known throughout the world for its superiority in power.
Some of them began thinking, and remembered that crown prince Luther had a fiance. His fiance was crown princess Inanna of the Lilith kingdom, the country that is second after Fresia's in terms of power.
It is said that the true heirs to the Lilith kingdom's throne possess ruby red eyes, they didn't get a good look at her but they definitely noticed her eye color, and they were definitely red! And only one family in the world possesses red colored eyes due to a rare unknown gene that runs through the royal family, and that is the Castiell royal family.
And only one of Emperor Julian's children inherited those unique colored eyes, that was crown princess Inanna Sibylla Lestria Argient Castiell. On top of that she's the second infinite attribute holder, Luther Vandell is said to be the first. And they're both favored by the two gods of their world.
If she was able to stand so closely to crown prince Luther who's known for his terrifying aura, ruthlessness, and short temper, she had to be crown princess Inanna...there was no one else other than her who could stand next to him as if they were his equal, and that's because she was.

They proceeded deeper into the forest and looked closely for anything that looked like a cave.
Just as they made a left turn in the forest, four people stood in front of them. It was two men and two women who were dressed in similar iron armor. The details of their appearances were hard to make out since they were wearing helmets that covered most of their head, and the only reason they could tell other two were women was because they had breastplates that female warriors wear.
The four turned around and saw Luther, Ivery and their group of 20.
"Who are you?" One of the men asked menacingly
"That is none of your concern." Luther narrowed his eyes
"Are you going to kill them?" Ivery asked Luther, noticing his killing intent rising
"If they make any movements indicating they want to attack, they're dead." Luther smirked
"Sounds good to me." Ivery nodded
"None of our concern? Who do you think you are?!" One of the women asked with an obnoxious tone
"Let's just ignore them." Ivery said to Luther with a sigh
"Alright." Luther agreed, since these pests weren't his objective, they were just a tiny obstacle
"Let's proceed, and not waste any time conversing with those that are trivial." Luther told his group
Luther walked forward and the group followed close behind.
"You're all not going anywhere." One of the men pulled out his sword from its sheath and pointed it straight at them, the other three also pulled out their weapons
"It's killing time then.." Luther grinned and eyes glowed as he looked at them with extreme murderous intent
His ominous aura poured out and make them start trembling, they all unconsciously stepped back, responding to his powerful aura.
"Run if you'd like, scream if you think it'll help, beg for your lives if you want to.....it won't change the fact that you're all going to die..." Luther raised his hand and the corners of his lips curved
The sinister expression he had made the four of them sweat and they stood in shock as they felt his immense power drowning them, suffocating them, crushing them...
