Ryjin had all these samples sent to Orochimaru's personal dimension with all samples and subjects that were caught he also allocated over 4000 scientists of each field to be under his command to crack these things Orochimaru was surprised and also intrigued by these specimens they got to work on them.
Ryjin also had the red queen set up and activated in the science lab for his men to fully understand her and then they altered her even better allowing her to make a hard light version of herself giving her a physical body while using her hard light systems she was also given the chance to join Ryjin and become a true AI that would be sentient and could work with them on any field she wanted she agreed and underwent a major overhaul.
as time went on a few years had passed USA was now cleared of Zed's England was now the main Safe hub of all Europe and much of Europe was being cleared as more of the worlds force's got freed from their besieging zeds they joined the rest to help push back and get rid of the dead and mutations.
