Haru looked at her behavior and chuckles inwardly."Unfortunately all her little actions couldn't escape his sharingan"

'My sense is more acute than yours. how could such low level moves do anything to me ' Haru chuckled darkly as he carefully studied his attack pattern before performing spin with his foot while lifting off the ground by a few inches, completely dodging the attack with minimal movements.
The red haired man's expression turned interesting when he noticed this, In a fit of rage he charged with more killing intent.
But as things progressed, The Mage continued to toss fireballs that were the size of a fist while mixing his attacks with martial arts. In other words, he was like a close combat mage.

Haru continued to retreat, dodging all the attacks by a hairs breath, his robe fluttered in the air forming a tune with the continuous explosions; the red haired mage also in black robes continued advancing, sending punches and kicks at Haru.
The surrounding people were restless as well as they tried to avoid the stray fire balls, leading to a chaotic atmosphere. "An opening" The mage thought with exhilaration, sending out a palm at Haru while an attack left his palm like a flame thrower. But Despite this, Haru leisurely jumped backwards slightly while redirecting The Mage's palm upwards before countering by extending two fingers as though holding a sword towards the mages chest.
Everything happened in a flash and it was obvious that the mage didn't have much experience in actual life and death combat. probably lucky all this time as he breezed his way through anything with his high cultivation

[Thibault I'll help you!!] Kat yelled but was already attacking with a dagger throw which Haru dodged with a light jump backwards, as light a feather.

By this time, they were further away from the Farm house, Dark clouds blotted out the Moon, and the leaves Lightly floated around in the air, Creating a solemn scene.

Despite the arrogance Thibault portrayed, he wasn't stupid, during the fight earlier he couldn't gain the upper hand even with his higher cultivation.
Thibault was an honorary Guest with Invictus for years, and when he heard that he was to back Kat up in order for her to catch a "Devil", he was surprised and elated as he read an old scroll that talked about people who served Devils and Ancients Gods which was entirely different from what they knew in the Empire. His thirst for Knowledge brought him here tonight, only to be Disappointed with a 'Man' in Class 6 Rank.
