Helen exclaimed that Francis called her ugly, and Francis denied it, saying that it was not what he meant, but Helen kicked him in the legs without asking anything. Cheska and Madel had complete trust to Henry's judgement, they did not question him at all. Helen felt the same too although her soul was just new in the group.

"You have to read the manual, execute the battle techniques, sit and meditate about your learning, then practice again to see how much you have improved." Henry explained briefly.

The principal urged him to select someone to personally guide him as the selection for interscholastic competition was near. But he was adamant on saying no. He said that he needs to decide and that he wanted to learn more about the academy before making any decision. Knowing that he was within Henry's team the principal loosened up. Henry was the most reliable student in the academy. He was intelligent, strong with great sense of leadership.
Francis did as what Henry told him. He was tasked to cultivate his spirit. It was a detailed cultivation manual with over 2 thousand pages.
To achieve great power one must achieve unity within oneself. The body is the temple of the soul, the creator and the protector. Spiritual cultivation starts with cultivating the body. The body should be pure to house the holy trinity. If the body is defiled the soul moves away from the creator and the protector.
The cultivation manual included methods to preserve the cleanliness of the body, to cleanse the body and to strengthen it. While other people may blindly follow the manual, Francis was different. His way of thinking is that of a man raised in the exploration era, where men can explore different planets and discover different realms. Learning was boundless and knowledge was vast. He contemplated a little about the first part of the manual.
Although he knew that the body is made up of 5 realms or even more, he never thought about the concept of unity within those realms. Each realms are ruled by a powerful spirit, the one who can control multi verse. Unity means working together with the spirit ruler. His imaginations lead him to think that he might be able to use his own microbes, pichubiomes, nandibiomes, kishiomes, and so on to attack somebody or do anything in his will.
If there are a 100 billion of microbiomes in the body, picobiomes can be as many as those tiny organisms multiplied to a 100 million. He has a lot of minions. It was indeed empirical to strengthen the body first before he could utilize his minions.
Because those little fellows work to remove toxins, fight of infection, repair his body and many more to keep him alive. Sending them somewhere would mean that he would loose what keeps him living. But with a strong body and absence of toxins and antigens it might be plausible.

The soul as tiny as it is, can control the body consciously and integrate to it as if it is one. the spirit protector lives within the center of the brain and commands all the involuntary actions of the body, from the dilation and constriction of the blood vessel, release of hormones and immune response. when the body is no longer suitable to live in, the spirit protector along with other creatures in the body lives it.
After the third day of death, the primordial spirit dissipates. The soul remains inside the body in the lower realms. It may seem easy, to observe the activity of the spirit protector inside the body and the soul using the quantum scope but it was a lengthy task. The research about the lower realms was going on for over 1500 years, but still they are still unable to unlock many mysteries behind it.
