As soon as Alioth killed me, I returned to the hill where I had been watching him before.
Being eaten by a black cloud isn't the most pleasant experience so far, but I survived thanks to the Time Stone.
Since I didn't know how to use Izanagi and also didn't want to, because it would cost me my last eye, I used the Time Stone instead.
But because the Time Stone hadn't had its full power, I couldn't use it on something other than me. However, this is enough to Danzo me out of deadly situations.
So as long as I can provide chakra to the stone, I can also rewind my time and stay alive.
Alioth sees me standing on the hill again and begins to fly towards me. However, I snap my fingers and countless ravens surround us and they begin to darken the sky.
The creature saw them and wanted to eat them right away. However, I spit a fireball at it and it turned its attention back to me, even though the fireball didn't do any damage to it.
I can't have him eat my ravens, because they still have work to do... their job is simple, they make shapes, while I distract the bad cloud monster.
Because I could not fight it without something to protect me, I activated my Mangekyou Sharingan. My only hope was that my Susanoo would still work with one eye. Which it luckily does...
It would be really embarrassing if Madara could use it without eyes and I would fail to use it with one...
When I wanted it to manifest, it began to do so, but since I could no longer absorb chakra, it was impossible to create its full form. So it advanced until it had armor above its body.
For even more protection, I summon a spear in its right hand and a shield in its left.
I did this because this thing is like a black hole and I didn't know what effect it would have on my Susanoo, so better be safe than sorry.
It comes at me incredibly fast and opens its mouth to consume me. But I put the shield before me and it crashes into it and pushes my Susanoo and me back.
Since my shield started to dissolve immediately after it crashed into it, I used the spear to penetrate Alioth from above in the head.
However, it continued to push against me as if it didn't have a giant spear in its face and eventually broke my shield.
Then it bites down on my Susanoo and tries to devour it with me inside as well, while still pushing me backwards.
When I drew my spear back to attack again, the tip was already missing. Because Alioth's body disintegrated it...
At the same time, I could see that the armor on my Susanoo had started to disintegrate too. So it can consume chakra like everything else, including something as dense as my Susanoo.
To stop it, I use my right eye to densify the energy around Alioth's face and then hit it with my Susanoo fist. The fist caught it off guard and it let go of me, while crashing to the ground with its face.
But the next moment, its face dissolves back into the cloud and then appears before me.
This thing is absolutely invulnerable...
It bites down on me again and manages, this time to crack my Susanoo and kill me again.
The Time Stone saves me again and I appear with my Susanoo, which still has the spear and shield.
The only problem was that I was inside Alioth and my Susanoo began disintegrating immediately. To slow down this process, I use my right eye again. Then activate the Time Stone to accelerate my movements and dash out of it.
Coming out of it, my Susanoo was only a skeleton and the summoned weapons were missing. I could feel that I had only a few minutes left until my chakra was completely gone.
Luckily the preparations were completed... Looking up, I could see four huge blue runes hanging in the sky that were created by my ravens.
I have no idea why, but I simply knew what the runes were and what they do, as if this knowledge was part of me now.
Then I remembered something: that I had absorbed the golden chakra of the Destroyer a few years ago.
This chakra was Odin's and if I remember correctly, Odin was the one who knew the true meaning of the runes in Norse mythology.
Maybe that's the case here too. I will ask him when he spies on me the next time.
Alioth sees the runes, too and tries to fly towards them to devour them. However, I use my right eye to freeze it in place.
It's really eager to get to them and starts breaking through my control and tries to move upwards.
But I jump up and grab its head and slam it to the ground. Then hold it with the combined power of my Susanoo and my Mangekyou on the ground, while using the Time Stone to keep my Susanoo from dissolving.
Then begin to activate the runes.
The first one was ᛚ-Laguz, which represented Life Force itself.
Suddenly, a small portion of my chakra leaves my body and gets replaced by a small portion of Alioth's energy. For a moment, I felt its anger and despair over its inability to escape from 'He Who Remains'.
Because it still wanted to consume me, I activated the second rune, ᚹ-Wunjo. That stands for harmony and I could feel how Alioth calmed down.
Therefore, I stopped holding it down and backed off. My chakra and eye were at their limits anyway...
My Susanoo dissolves and I use the remaining chakra in the Time Stone to rewind the time in my right eye.
When my sight returned, the stone lost its glow completely and was again powerless.
My connection to Alioth would now allow me to get through him. However, my instinct told me I shouldn't stop her and use the other two runes I had prepared.
It even looked like Alioth was waiting for it too... because it simply stared at me and waited.
So I activated the third rune.
Which is ᛖ-Ehwaz and means Partnership. That creates a real connection between us and I could feel a mental link between us forming.
While all this was happening, Alioth simply stared at me and did nothing.
Then I activated the last rune, ᛁ-Isa and it stands for stability. This made the bond feel like it was unbreakable and would last forever.
After all this, my chakra finally hit the bottom and I dropped to my knees, while breathing heavily. I looked at Alioth, who raised his head in the sky towards the runes and I could hear its thoughts in my head.
"Sharing life force... creates harmony... between partners... forever."
This surprised me, because I didn't expect it to be able to read runes, or read at all.
Then it looked down at me one last time before its face disappeared and something like a portal opened inside it. Looking through it, I could see the citadel at the end of time.
I recover a bit, then dispel the ravens and start walking towards the citadel.
Seeing it floating in space like this with the timeline strand behind it was breathtaking. Too bad it represents the hubris of a single individual and his variants, who believe they are gods.
Stepping through the portal, I noticed someone watching me from the void. Turning around, I saw three people standing there and one of them was a kid, with an alligator in his arms.
Since they are not a threat to me and I'm not willing to help them out of here, I ignore them and continue my journey for revenge.

I will try to control myself when it comes to the runes.
They will be basically used like Sealing Jutsu (Fūinjutsu) from Naruto. :P
We will see and learn more about Alioth and what consequences this connection to David has on both of them, in the next chapters.
