This skill is many times better than [Dash].
Right now, I am flickering around at high speed, and it feels amazing, while it also fits my combat style perfectly. It makes no noise, and is much faster, and more versatile than [Dash].
[Dash] was static in its 10 meters, and it takes over your body when it is in use. So if I ever met a faster enemy, I would have an extreme weakness. Since any enemy with [Flicker], and a fast reaction could kill me when I use [Dash].
[Flicker] is much better at that, since the distance is under my control. I can stop at any time.
It is a skill that focuses on speed, but also control over the speed, and distance. The only weakness that I noticed is the need for a fast reaction, since I go so fast that it is hard to track how much I travel, but the skill is very useful to train [Accelerated Reaction].
The skill already gained 2 levels in the 30 minutes that I have been training with [Flicker].
'Almost empty again.'
My stamina was low again, so I took the time, to think of a good [Noble Name].
'I want it to be something that means me, and my skill set. I am stealthy, and fast. My magic affinity is Space, which is very rare and a strange affinity. I love sex. I love killing. I love experiencing new things. I love the feeling that I get from using [Space Veil], and space itself.'
Pondering the name took me much longer than I would like, but I thought of one, Lustveil.
Before I could second guess myself I put it in the Nobility tab.

But before I could do celebrate, I got a feeling from Morrigan.
'Did she find something new?'
Morrigan has been scouting out the area around the base ever since I found out that her scouting completes my mental map and is even training my [Forest Patrol]. She has already found several spots that are useful for hunting, but this is the first time she sent me a feeling like this.
I look through her eyes, and noticed what made her alarmed. A big group of Corrupted Orcs, and they have 3 leaders, all Tier-2.
'They are going towards the cave with the Brola Bear, and have something weird with them. A huge black ball with several tentacles writhing around it, and Morrigan's [Spirit Eyes] tell me that it is seeping in {Miasma}.
'That thing looks disgusting!'
After looking at it some more, I told Morrigan to follow them.
'I need to go there, since that thing is seeping in {Miasma}, I am afraid that it will speed up the Brola Bear's Corruption.'
From were Morrigan saw them, and their walking speed. It will take them at least 4 hours to walk there, since they are walking at a very slow pace. So I will have time to [Trance] myself to full, and run full speed there.
I walked towards Annika,"Annika, there is some weird black ball of {Miasma} going towards the Brola Bear cave, So I am going there to check it."
"Do you need our help?"
"No time, and there will be several Tier-2 there, so I plan on sneaking around them. I first need to recover my Stamina, but then I will go." I told her, and kissed her.

A couple of minutes is enough to regain my Stamina, and I flew between the trees. Going my top speed, and it only took me a dozen minutes to arrive at the Brola Bear cave. In the past, it would have taken me much more, but when my [Will Reinforcement] reached level 5, I can use it on my body parts, instead of just weapons or armor. It has a cooldown of 30 seconds, but it works for the whole 30 seconds.
'My speed increases so much when I used it on my legs.'
Using it too much did cause me to feel some muscle strain, but it is worth it. I want to first purify the Brola Bear before that disgusting thing reaches here, and I might have a shot at killing that thing.
I used [Space Veil], the moment I got close to the cave, and ran full speed into the cave. [Space Veil] has never let me down, and I have full trust in its ability to hide me from almost anything.
The moment I arrived, I noticed that the Brola Bear looks much worse than before, and there are less Tier-1 Corrupted Orcs around. There is also one less Tier-2 mage in the group, which makes me think that it was the one that I killed before. The 5 big beings that are holding {Corrupted Chains} are still holding them, and I think that they never stopped in the time that I was away.
I use Flicker, and move my self on top of the bear, and it shook for a second, most likely from feeling me.
By my legs, a drop of [Waters of Lyr] formed, and fell on the Brola Bear, and it shook again. But the bear did not react further, and the rest of the drops did not make it react either.
Standing still, to preserve my Stamina, while dripping [Waters of Lyr] on the Brola Bear was something that was boring. The amount of Mana used for that drop is less than my Mana regeneration, so I can do this for a long time.
'Oh, Morrigan calls me again.'
I stop the dripping, and focus on seeing through her eyes, and saw the reason that she called me. They are just 30 minutes away from the cave with the Brola Bear.
After 3 hours of dripping [Waters of Lyr] on the Brola Bear, it has been looking better, and Primal Sight tells me that the {Corruption} has weakened by an about 5%.
[Flicker] brought me back to the entrance of the cave, and I unveil when safe.
Running towards the direction of the Orc group with the big ball of {Miasma}, I noticed that it was already dark.
In minutes, I arrived close enough to the group. So I veiled in their path, and waited.
It took less than a minute for them to appear and get closer and closer to my location. The moment they appeared, I used Primal Sight to check them.
'Fuck, that this is indeed repulsive.'
The big black ball with writhing tentacles is almost made from pure {Miasma}. It is fleshy but also the most {Corrupted} thing I have ever seen.
'That thing looks important, and I need to kill.'
I was pondering how to make certain that it dies, when I got an idea.
While I was pondering its demise, they got close enough for me to act on my plan.
Both my hands gained a knife in their grip, and I flickered above the Ball. My knifes flashed several times, breaking my veil. The slashed cut deep, and were made with True Cuts, so that it does not heal as easy.
The ball gained several cuts all over its body, and was almost cut in half, but even with True Cuts. It was healing at a rapid pace, but I expected that.
'Hope this works!'
I was straight above it, and I used my position to dump a lot of [Waters of Lyr] on it. The moment it fell on the Ball it started smoking, and it looked like it was in pain. But the thing that interested me most was its healing.
It stopped healing.
'Yes!'
Everything happened in less than 3 seconds, and the Corrupted Orcs did not react until it was too late. I flickered away again, and became a blur. Only one Tier-2 Corrupted Orc had the speed to follow me, and it followed me for a couple of minutes, until it lost sight of me.
While it was following me, I was waiting for my Mana to regenerate enough to veil, and the moment I had 50% of my Mana I used it, and waited for it to get closer.
'Come on, let me kill you too.'
I already gained the notification of a kill, but I did not have the time to check it yet.
The Corrupted Orc was not as fast as me, so I had the time to wait in ambush, and when it got close enough, I flickered towards it, and used my knifes to cut off its head.
'That one was weak.'
