Arriving at the Brola Bear cave, I Veil myself and run inside.
The cave was not deep, so I arrived in the big room with the Brola Bear in less than a second, and I stopped moving to preserve my Mana. Even through it uses a very small amount of Mana every second of movement. It is better to preserve it for if I need it.
Looking over the room, I find much more Tier-2 Corrupted, and not just Orcs. Most of them are still {Corrupted} Orcs, but there are also Tier-2 beings that look like Humans, but they have weird fleshy growths around their bodies, which makes them look bigger than normal Humans. There are also several beings that look like the Abomination I killed before, but without the two heads. They look like spiders but with Human looking skin, and it is disgusting to look at. There are hundreds of them on the walls and the roof of the room, which makes me think they are part spider, but when I use [Hunter's Eyes], I gain no info about them.
'Why are there so many Tier-2?' I thought with surprise, since I have never seen so many Tier-2's, even inside the Orc Camp there were not this many of them. Counting all the Tier-2, there are 21 Orcs, 5 Ogres, 5 Humans, and 12 Abominations, in total, there are 43 Tier-2 {Corrupted}.
'I cannot kill them all, but I can cut their numbers, but how should I do that?' I thought and started looking around and planning how to assassinate some of them while keeping it quiet, so they will not be alarmed.
I know that my Veil of Space is perfect for concealment, and nothing in this room could break it. [Chaos Knife-Play] is also very powerful together with [Will Reinforcement], but I don't know if I could kill them with one blow.
'{Corrupted} are so annoying, since they have that regeneration, but even with that, decapitation should kill them.' I thought while focusing on my knifes that I pulled from my [Space Pocket].
These knifes are made from metal, and are the best ones I have right now. They are not Artifacts, but the knifes edge has been sharpened by Lasting Chaos, and are incredibly sharp.
'I can escape if anything goes wrong, so let's do it.' I hype myself up, in full confidence that nothing here can stop me from leaving if I want to leave, but to make certain that I am fast enough, I put all my AP in Agility, 200 becomes 270 and that is just base. 10% increase makes that 297, almost 300 Agility. After the normal warmth from feeling my body become better and faster, I focus back on my goal here.
The first ones I want to kill are the Human ones, since they are most removed from the other ones, and they are all together.
I moved my body with a sway, and my speed was so fast that even through they were on the other side of the room, it looked like I used [Flicker]. Normally, when something goes that fast, they would make sound from the air breaking, but Dexterity and Traceless helps with that. Dexterity helps with small movement that makes my body move like it is fluid, while Traceless eliminates all sounds and effects that my body has on the air. Lightness from [Serpentile Body] also helps with it, since it makes my body very light, and increases my speed by 50%.
Getting close to the {Corrupted} Humans, I felt disgust while looking at their bodies. They have fleshy looking growths around their arms and legs, that makes them look bigger than they are, and it is noticeable since their torso and head still looks normal in comparison. They also have the black growth by their hearts like the {Corrupted} Orcs, but instead of going towards their necks, it goes towards their arms and legs. The black veins go around their arms and legs, and it looks like it is pumping something into it every 20 seconds.
'Why is it like this?' I asked myself since I learned a lot about {Corrupted} from the {Corrupted} Orc Mage that was trying to corrupt Draka. The {Miasma} gets rid of the System from the {Corrupted}, and then pumps them full of {Miasma}. It will strengthen the physical aspects of the {Corrupted} and it will be different depending on the Body and Race that is {Corrupted}.
Orcs have a natural high strength, and the {Miasma} enhanced that to a higher degree than normal, but it also takes away other things: their instincts. Instinct to survive is very important, but the {Miasma} does not need its slaves to have that so it sacrifices it for Strength.
'Humans are cunning and versatile, so why does the {Miasma} make them mindless with weird arms and legs?' I asked myself further, since from my understanding of the {Miasma}, which I gained from a {Corrupted} so it should be pretty extensive. It does not weaken the {Corrupted}, except with taking the System away from it, But...
'Humans gain Attribute Points and Skills from the System, but their physical aspect is weak.' I realized. Humans are naturally weak, and they have their Skills and specialization from AP to even things out, but without the System, they have only their cunning minds and weak bodies. Neither is something {Miasma} is interested in, since it wants strong slaves and Humans are not that.
This explains why they are so weird, since the {Miasma} has no way to strengthen them since they don't have anything that they are naturally strong in that the {Miasma} can enhance. It also explains why there are so few of them.
Looking at the {Corrupted} Humans, I see nothing behind their eyes. Nothing, not even a Mind to hypnotize, just empty husks that follow orders from other {Corrupted}. Even Tier-1 {Corrupted} Orcs have a mind, but these Tier-2 {Corrupted} Humans have nothing in their head except flesh.
I look around for anything looking this way, but none of them are, which makes my next action much easier.
While I was pondering their existence, I was also plotting the best way to kill them in one smooth movement, and that is what I did. Both my hands moved at fast speed while empowered by [Will Reinforcement], both my knifes decapitated the 5 {Corrupted} Humans, and the moment their heads flew from their bodies, I tried to put the bodies inside my [Space Pocket], but they would not get inside.
Since I could not get them inside, I Veiled and Flickered away from the area. I Flickered to an area that was absent of {Corrupted}, and it was good I did, since they all got spooked by the dead {Corrupted} and a lot of them rushed towards where they died.

'That explains why I could not get them inside my [Space Pocket], they were still alive.' I thought while also noticing the fact that it says Human and not High Human.
The reason that it is a Human and not a High Human is because they were not Tier-2 when they were {Corrupted}. {Miasma} can force a being to the next Tier if they were already close to it, but it makes them unable to become stronger afterward. I learned this from the {Corrupted} Orc Mage, and I also learned how they get stronger, and the Abominations did not take any time to show how they get stronger.
When they arrive at the dead, the Abominations started eating the corpses so they can become stronger, while the {Corrupted} Orcs started sniffing around, obviously trying to find me, but after they got nothing they started talking to each other.
Interesting enough, the Abominations did not speak at all and instead focused on eating the dead. I don't think that they can even speak.
[Prostitute] is leveling up fast, and it will not take long for it to reach max level even with the 5% exp, since I plan on killing a lot more Tier-2, like the ones here.
While they were distracted, I looked over the other groups to find a weakness to exploit, and found an interesting one. Those beings that I now know are Ogres, are still holding the chains tight, and have been doing that for a long time. I think they are still the same as the ones I saw before, but then again, they all look the same, or at least mostly the same.
I cannot be certain that they are the same, but even so, they are focused on holding those chains, and it is not the only thing that is unchanged. A {Corrupted} Orc is stabbing the Brola Bear every couple of seconds, and that also looks important if they have to do it every couple of seconds.
'So, what would happen if he does not do so anymore?' I asked myself, and moved myself to a better spot to look at the {Corrupted} Orc stabbing the Brola Bear.
