Rebecca moves around in high speed. She doesn’t attack directly from the front but she turns around and attack from the sides. If Renya managed to guard her side then she will attack from the back. Anyway, Rebecca really excels at using her footwork to do the hit and away tactic.
It is her battle tactic because she used to be alone.
Even without taking an account on her age and gender, she has a major disadvantage regarding her physique.
Each of her attack can’t deal too much damage so she has to compensate it with numbers. With such composition, her disadvantage when meeting certain situation is just too big.
Even if she could use enchant magic combined with physical strengthening magic, she still couldn’t face an average adult male fighter with brute force. And against a large type magic beasts and monsters, her disadvantage becomes even clearer.
Amongst sword type weapon, her twin sword is especially lightweight and easy to handle. If one managed to master such pair of blades and manipulate them freely, they can attack their enemy with various kinds of attack moves that could freely transforms at will to get past the enemy’s defense. On the opposite side, the reach of the weapon is not that far so the user needs to get close to the enemy and because of the weapon lightweight, it can’t dish out much damage. Against opponent such as a heavily armored warrior or thick skinned magic beast and monsters, this weapon compatibility is just the worst.
Rebecca uses enchant magic to cover that weakness with adding elemental damage to the weapon but even with that, in the point of one hit damage, she is still overwhelmingly inferior.
And it is no wonder that with Rebecca’s battle specification, she end up choosing to excel her speed. She becomes a master in the art of surprise attack and ambush. It is also natural for her to act like an assassin, scout, or other light armored job that is specialized in surprise attack like this.
She covers her lacking area with original ideas and finally managed to reach such masteries by herself. Renya estimates this little girl known as Rebecca’s true power to be comparable to any ordinary veteran warrior which is totally don’t match with her true age. Renya can even say with confidence that Rebecca is an expert magic swords girl because her true ability could really make her earn that title.

But those superb combination moves is easily nullified by Renya.
Even when she kneaded some feint into her attack while keep moving around in high speed, Renya’s reaction is just perfect and all her attack failed to connect.
She is attacking with her full strength, sending waves after waves of attack which surround him from all angles yet she can’t penetrate Renya’s defense who is just keep on standing in place with a sword in his hand.
The attack that Rebecca dishes out is already reaches in the hundreds. But in her vision, she can see that Renya would still be leisurely stand there and negate all her attacks even if it numbered in the thousands. Having no way out to break the stalemate, Rebecca grit her teeth and resolute herself.
She doesn’t want to become a burden. Since she already joins the party and become one of them, she feels that she have to also complete her part.
And to show her determination, she literally sends out one full power attack.
She retreat back for a bit and with a clank, she knock her twin sword together.
She kneads up magic runes inside her head and quickly cast the magic. Rebecca’s enchant magic only use at most 3 runes to activate which keeps the casting time low. After all, Rebecca’s enchant magic main purpose is only to support her swordsmanship so the magic would usually only use two runes at most.
But still, she manages to double cast two different enchant magic in almost an instant. Even if enchant magic is categorized as a low level magic, her casting skill is comparable to a high leveled magician already but to Rebecca, that thing doesn’t even matter.
What matters to her is only one thing.
And that thing is she could reach a new height of swordsmanship by using her magic casting ability to support her. Just that one.
The atmosphere around Rebecca suddenly changes. Renya could feel that Rebecca is going to give her all in so with his gaze, he tells her this:
---- That’s good, come at me.

Rebecca kicks the ground with her full power then rocketing herself toward Renya.
She is moving even faster than before.
With that speed, Renya predict that her attack timing would get even faster but then an attack that even Renya couldn’t predict suddenly approach him.
Her swords are getting longer!
The sword that Rebecca holds in her right hand which is enchanted with fire element is getting an extension from the fire element that enchanted it with. She managed to keep her ace and fool Renya’s sense only until she is about to hit him. This is also the first time Rebecca shows this moves in front of Renya so he can’t predict it at al.
And even more, her choice of using fire to extend her sword is just perfect.
If her opponent is not a magician then her opponent wouldn’t have that many solid ways to block that extended blade made of flame.
First, using a warrior's’ weapon is just impossible. Even if one try to block it with a shield, that shield need to be quite thick or the flame blade would just cut the shield and the user altogether.
To make it worse, Rebecca use this as a surprise attack which make the option to block it reduced even further.
But too bad for her, Renya is someone who uses, even if it’s not perfect, divine armament class sword and easily deflects her attack. If Renya were to face a mediocre person, deflecting their best move would definitely make them gain a major disadvantage.
So it’s now Renya’s turn. Too bad for him, Rebecca is not someone mediocre either. Rebecca already predicts that Renya won’t dodge or block her attack and believes that Renya will definitely parry it.
When her attack get parried, she instead borrow the force from Renya’s parry to turn her body ---- and in turn slash forward with the wind elemental enhanced sword in her left hand while riding on the momentum.
The blade created from being enhanced with wind elemental is close to invisible especially to people who had limited knowledge about magic.
She created an invisible blade! Such kinds of blade are definitely one of the hardest kinds to avoid. Add to that, wind elemental is the element that excels at speed, has a good affinity with sneak attack, and could dish out a decent damage. It is an unexpectedly troublesome element to face.
But even so, Rebecca’s true aim is not to attack with that wind elemental blade. Instead her real aim is so that her wind elemental blade could sweep the ground to blow up earth and sand from her feet to create a smoke screen! She is after all not that overly confident when facing Renya. She doesn’t dare to believe that she can injure Renya with just this hard-to-see blade.
Her actual goal is to block Renya’s eyes so that she can ‘disappear’ for a moment.
Her actual goal within the blown up wind ---- is to soar high in the sky!
With a simple sword swing from Renya, the ‘dust’ screen is easily cleared up and he managed to regains his sight. And his sight is already set to up above because he already knows that Rebecca is no longer standing in front of him.
Renya look at Rebecca with a gaze that like saying ‘this isn’t the end right?’ and when he caught sight of her, she is already change her movement into the next set.
She hit the two swords against each other and let the two magic powers surging from both swords to be mixed up. It is the moment when the power of fire and wind combines.
Rebecca can’t cast attack magic so she makes a trick to enable her from ‘casting’. And that trick is by combine her swordsmanship and her enchant magic.
The released fire blade meets the wind blade then those two start agglutinating with each other, creating a hot wave that cuts through the air.
A scorching red whirlwind is born from that combination. This magic is strong enough to be literally called as a firestorm. No one would believe that such powerful magic attack is created by a warrior instead of a magician.
The firestorm that filled his sight are just too large, Renya doesn’t feel confident to block such attack with only one sword at hand. He quickly decides to use his divine power to create a barrier to block Rebecca’s attack.
Of course if he just blocks it then it would only disadvantage him so while he maintains the barrier with his left hand, he pour a bit of his divine power into his right hand to create a divine power storm with a slash from his sword to blow away the firestorm.
It was just a show of brute force that only relies on his own high spec as a god but in his short defenseless moment after doing a big swing, two bolt of arrow came in flying. Those are actually Rebecca’s twin sword.
One is a fire arrow created from a sword wrapped with fiery fire.
The other is a wind arrow created from a sword wrapped with raging wind.
She decisively uses both swords that are charged with even more magic power than before as throwing weapon. Even more, she aims for the momentarily gap created after the opponent doing a big swing!
(A 3 level ambush attack!? Anyone who can plan and execute such attack is definitely not someone ordinary)
Well, he could still handle this much as he is a god but for normal people, the result is just too clear. The firestorm just now can actually be ranked as grade 4 magic according to Brenda’s classification. No matter how strong her opponent is, if they want to block that firestorm just now, they need to waste quite a large amount of energy or it would be impossible.
And then her sword throwing attack from the air which aims for her opponent gap in defense, just how many people in this world who could block against that? If her opponent is just a normal human, then this would be her definite finisher.
“…… KATSSSU!” (Katsu – a scream used when chastising a zen practitioner)
Psyching up himself with that scream, Renya’s body start to release a great amount of divine power and borrowing its power, he forcefully knocks down the flying twin sword.
The twin sword then lose the magic enchanted within it and fall to the ground making loud metallic sound. Confirming it, Renya think that it’s time to end this match as Rebecca let her weapons go and about to face upward one more time ---- But Renya quickly turn his gaze forward instead.
Because Rebecca is already standing there instead. Well, that is fine and all but Renya is actually surprised when looking Rebecca’s both hands which should be unarmed now.
There is actually another pair of sword!
When he takes a closer look, those swords don’t have a blade…… no, those swords don’t even have any physical form. This means that those swords are pure elemental swords created by magic power. Making her opponent release their guard once they thought Rebecca is unarmed, she even still keep another level to her ambush attack? Even Renya who realizes that can’t help but admire.
(…… So it is not only 3 levels but is actually 4 levels instead!)
Rebecca pounces forward without any hesitation. She just sends out a straight and sharp slash towards Renya ----
“Splendid. I know that you are one skillful warrior but I never imagine that you are THIS strong”

But in the end, the twin sword than is filled with a do or die resolution from Rebecca couldn’t reach its target. The pair of elemental sword is parried like it is natural by another pair of [divine sword](s).
